Audrey Hepburn

18 x 24 inches

Acyclic, fabric print, spray paint and screen print on Canvas

This painting was a part o my Lime Light collection that eatured Jack Onassis, Liz Taylor, Marilyn

Monroe and Audrey Hepburn. Using dierent painting and screen methods I wanted to combine

mediums that bonded well together. Using an elegant black and white abric print, it accented the piece

with a bit o mystery. Applying the classic long cigarette pose on the canvas, I wanted to add a pop art

and expressionism to the black and white screen print. This was sold 2 ater it was fnished.

The Sphinx

The Sphinx piece was a part o a small collection I eatured in n art gallery located in Daytona Beach

Florida. The collection was o Egyptian themed fgures and statues, which eatured Neertiti, King Tut,

and various gods and goddess rom that time period. Going with an earth tone color scheme, this was

a piece that had a lot o contrast with the brown and yellow. This was sold to a guy in Dallas Texas ater

only being in the gallery or two weeks.

My riend was showing some new pictures o his son who is 3, and this one picture instantly caught my

attention. The pose was priceless because he was ull o emotion but I wasnt too sure what kind it was.

He kind o look scared, shocked, happy and surprised all at once. With this piece I didnt want to use

black just bright vibrant colors. Inspired by Van Goughs Starry Night, this is one o my avorite pieces

because this is this reason why its said that a picture is worth a 1000 words.

Im a big sports and basketball an so this piece was un because I got to use a comic book style painting

mixed with a light Jackson Pollack and grafti background. I didnt want to use a slam dunk pose, or him

doing the classic throwing up the chalk introduction so I used a NBA player game ace. This gave me a

chance to blend and play with various colors in the ace. This piece was painted live in the gallery window

where I worked. It is still in Tampa on display.

Acrylic, print on newsprint, spray paint on Wood

The Obama Stencil

This piece was eatured in an art show titled Hope Change Action, which was during Barack Obamas

Presidential inauguration. This piece was a 3 step process; the frst was an illustration that was printed on

a light gray newsprint paper. Then I applied a wheat pasting technique to the Birchwood canvas. Then

drawing out a stencil that gave his amous smile and grin, I stenciled the image on top o the news print

illustration. This was a simple 4 color painting that stood out to many audiences.

This is an event space and art gallery where Im the

Art Director. In 2008, me and my partners ventured

into the idea o turning an old building into a working

space or artist and musicians. Here, I control the

print material and overall look or every music show,

art event, and ashion debut that goes on in the

gallery. Along with the coordinating o the artists,

artwork show, themes and so on this is a task that

I enjoy. This is ull design studio or all promotional

material that caters to mediums. Ive designed and

developed brands or development companies,

ftness studios and even wedding events. I am also a

eatured artist and instructor the gallery.

Re:Create : The Art of Upcycle

This was a show that eatured visual art, music,

ashion and flm. The show was center around the

art o Upcycling: The practice o transorming a

disposable item into something o greater use and

value. This show was eatured in numerous blogs

and the cities newspaper. We received a lot o praise

or having one o the longest running, live shows the

city has seen in a while. I perormed a live painting

portion by combing cardboard, newspaper, plastic ,

and other various recycled products I collected over

the month.

State of Art V2 April 2009

Tampa, Florida

State o the Art 2 was a ollow up to last years show

which was voted Best Art Party by Tampa Bay Times

magazine. The show contained over 25 artists, a

ashion show, 4 bands, 3 Djs, and 4 artist painting

live. This show I introduced my spring collections o

Art and Lye Clothing. (Designed print material or

the show; advertising & marketing)
