Car Bonus

Car Bonus – $500To qualify for the car bonus program you must have $2,000.00 of volume in 3 different legs. The volume is calculated from the club fees and local merchant transactional fees. This calculates through infinity levels. Any new car or truck quali-fies for the bonus. The bonus starts the following month once you qualify. In lieu of the car bonus, a Brand Partner may take a $300 cash bonus.

Car Bonus – $1,000To qualify for the $1,000 car bonus, help 1 person in each of your 3 legs qualify for the $500 car bonus. This bonus starts the following month once you qualify. In lieu of a car bonus, you may take a $600 cash bonus.

Residential Bonus – $2000To qualify for the residential bonus, you must have $18,000.00 in volume in 3 different legs. This bonus calculates through infinity. The volume is calculated from the matrix. All club fees and local merchant trans-actional fees. This bonus pays $2,000.00 monthly.

P2S National Bonus Pool

Personally enroll 2 Brand Partners in any pay period (Monday and Sunday) and you will quali-fy for 1 share of the National Bonus Pool. Earn additional shares for each 2 Brand Partners you enroll in that same time period.

Commissions on the In Store Coupons are paid through a coded system. Brand Partners earn commissions on their rank and the differential of where the offer is redeemed.

Example : Joe is a Brand Director and Mary is his Connector. Mary views an in store offer and creates an impression. Joe then earns a penny for every code between himself and Mary. Joe would earn the following bonuses: Connector, Brand Partner, Brand Supervisor, Brand Man-ager, and Brand Director for a total of .05 on every commissionable impression.

Example: If Bob’s connector redeems an offer, Bob would get paid differential personal volume and the remaining 60% is credited to Bob’s personal volume and be paid upline through the matrix.

Get Paid: Mobile Marketing Platform

The mobile marketing platform [texting platform] issues a phone number and a code that can be displayed on signage, such as table tents. When a local merchant’s customer sends a text to the number with the code, the platform will reply with a link that allows the customer to download the mobile app with the local merchant’s code embedded for tracking.

Vacations

Regional Director Vacation: Once you qualify as a Regional Director, you are eligible to go on a vacation in December with the other Regional Directors. This vacation is available to you and your significant other and the trip is not transferable to any other person. This trip includes $300.00 in travel expenses and all nightly hotel costs. The company also provides some meals and entertainment. You are qualified to take this vacation every year providing that you are qualified for the car bonus all year long.

For people who are just qualifying, you are eligible to take this trip the first time regardless of length of qualification. You are eligible to take this vacation the 2nd year as long as you are qualified 9 out of 12 months. Future vacations would require you be qualified all year long.

National Sales Director Vacation: There is an annual vacation for National Sale Directors. All are eligible for the first vacation upon qualifying as a National Sales Director. The 2nd vaca-tion requires you be qualified at that position 9 out of 12 months. All other vacations would require that you be qualified 12 out of 12 months as a National Sales Director.

Field Vice President Vacation: There is an annual vacation for Field Vice Presidents. All are eligible for the first vacation upon qualifying as a Field Vice President. The 2nd vacation re-quires you be qualified as a Field Vice President for 9 out of 12 months. All other vacations would require that you be qualified 12 out of 12 months as a Field Vice President.

Leadership Levels

Brand Associate: A Brand Associate earns commissions on retail sales and app redemptions.

Brand Partner: A qualified Brand Partner has 10 customer points and maintains a monthly Ultimate Club auto ship. A Brand Partner is qualified to earn 2 levels of residual pay.Brand Supervisor: A qualified Brand Supervisor has 3 personally sponsored Brand Partners and has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner. A Brand Supervisor is qualified to earn 4 levels of residual pay.

Brand Manager: A qualified Brand Manager has 6 personally sponsored Brand Partners and has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner. A Brand Manager is qualified to earn 6 levels of residual pay.

Brand Director: A qualified Brand Director has 9 personally sponsored Brand Partners and has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner. A Brand Director is qualified to earn 8 levels of residual pay.

National Sales Director: A qualified National Sales Director has met the person-al requirements of a Brand Partner. A National Sales Director has $21,000 in total volume. No more than 60% of volume can come from 1 leg. No less than 20% from any 2 legs. Field Vice President: A qualified Field Vice President has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner and Brand Director. A Field Vice President has 3 separate legs of $21,000 of monthly volume. A Field Vice President is qualified to earn 10 levels of residual pay. A Field Vice President earns a 3% infinity bonus which starts from your 11th level down through unlimited levels to the next Field Vice President’s 8 levels.Senior Vice President: A qualified Senior Vice President has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner and Brand Director. A Senior Vice president has 3 separate legs of $65,000 of monthly auto ship volume. A Senior Vice President is qualified to earn 10 levels of residual pay. A Senior Vice President 3% infinity bonus starts from your 11th level down through unlimited levels to the next Senior Vice President’s 8 levels.

Placement, Compression & Charge Backs

Placement1. Paid 2 Save operates a 3 x 10 matrix tree.

2. The matrix fills from left to right first level in auto feature. There is a placement feature at the time of sign up. Simply use the ID# of the person you would like to place your Brand Partner under. Please note that once a Brand Partner has been placed you cannot move them.

3. A Paid 2 Save Brand Partner will be able to track their downline in their matrix tree and leadership bonuses from the back office.

4. A person can only maintain 1 position in Paid 2 Save network genealogy.

5. The Waiting Room allows you to place a personally sponsored Brand Partner into a hold-ing pattern for 7 days before having to specifically place them into the matrix. A new associate in the waiting room who is NOT placed within 7 days will be auto-placed as described in paragraph 2 of Specification for Placement.

CompressionEach month, before monthly residual income is calculated, compression takes place and you are paid on that volume. You must maintain 10 customer points to be active in the business plan and keep your downline from rolling up.

Charge BacksWhen a Brand Partner receives an advanced commission on any sale, they are subject to a charge back of any unearned commissions if the transaction is refunded or disputed. Charge backs will be deducted from any future commission checks until charge backs are relieved. Bonuses received by Brand Partners are subject to a 100% charge back due to fraudulent business or unethical activity.

Brand Associate: Connectors and Premium Connectors are referring customers, not distrib-utors, of Paid 2 Save. They hold no position in the matrix. The first step to becoming a dis-tributor is to purchase a distributor kit for $59.95. This qualifies you as a Brand Associate and allows you to begin making retail sales and to enroll other Brand Associates. As a Brand As-sociate, you are qualified to earn commissions from your personal sales only which includes earning a 5% override on your Connectors infinitely deep. You are not qualified to earn ma-trix income or leadership bonuses. You can retail your way to success all the way through our entire compensation plan. There is a requirement to purchase any product in order to rank advance and earn commissions. To qualify for overrides, retail an Ultimate Club Package generating $40.00 per month in commissionable volume, and retail either the Starter Pack or Business Builder pack to 4 different people. If you elect to purchase a Starter Pack or Business Builder Pack, your own purchase will count as one of the 4 sales required to rank advance to the next level.

Cash Back: You can shop online via our website or the mobile app at thousands of stores. Of-ten you can earn cash back on your own purchase. The amount of cash back will range from store to store and item to item. All Connectors are eligible to earn cash back. Brand Partners, Brand Supervisors, Brand Managers, Brand Directors, National Sales Directors, Field Vice Pres-idents, and Senior Vice Presidents will all earn 5% of the Transactional Volume of each sale that transpires within their coded rank.

Connector: A person who has downloaded the Paid 2 Save mobile application. A Connector will earn 5% commissions on those with whom they share the Paid 2 Save mobile app.

Daily Deals: The Daily Deal section of our mobile app is an extension of online shopping, hence, compensation and cash back offers will work the same as online shopping.

Double Cash Back Memberships: For a one-time fee of $29.95, a customer can enjoy Dou-ble Cash Back [twice the normal cash back amount] for the life of their account. This mem-bership option can be exercised from the Connector’s back office by either entering a credit card or entering an activation pin that was obtained from a Brand Partner. Double Cash Back Memberships must be issued within 90 days, or they will expire.

Merchant: A Merchant is a business that has agreed to work with Paid 2 Save and present offers through the Paid 2 Save Mobile App.

Non-Profit Organization: A verified non-profit organization can join Paid 2 Save as a Brand Supervisor at no charge. The non-profit organization needs to complete a brief online ap-plication verifying the organization’s non-profit status as well as including an image of the organization’s logo. Upon approval, the organization will receive a unique ID number and a website with their logo and private back-office portal. Next, the organization simply invites their supporters to download the Paid 2 Save mobile app and begin saving money when they shop. By using the organization’s unique ID Number, all of the offers their supporters redeem will be tracked directly back to the organization, allowing the organization to contin-uously generate funds.
