AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND INTO THE CITY OF MERIDEN, KAN-SAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MERIDEN, KAN-SAS: WHEREAS, the land de-scribed below adjoins the City of Edgerton; and WHEREAS, a written Con-sent for Annexation of such land, signed by the owners thereof, was filed with the City of Meriden; and WHEREAS, the City desires to annex that land into the City of Meriden, pursuant to K.S.A. § 12-520(a)(7). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF MERIDEN, KANSAS: Section 1.
