1 egg yolk
100 grams almonds
Raspberry Squares
225 grams caster sugar
225 grams butter
375 grams raspberry jam
420 grams plain flour

Method
Get the scales and weigh the ingredients.
Get the bowl and wooden spoon.
Mix the butter and sugar.
Add the egg yolk and stir.
Add the flour and almonds.
Mix well, the mixture should be crumbly.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Get the oven gloves and remove the baking tray.
Get the knife and spread the jam on top.
