Bhamashah Card Issuance and Distribution through e-Mitra

Step#1 Prerequisites

To start the card distribution through eMitra Kiosk some of the prerequisites are required to

be ensured in the machine for the e-KYC of citizen through Biometric authentication with

Aadhar Database as mentioned below.

Install the drivers of Biometric device in the system. If driver is not available with you the you

can download it from e-Mitra portal as per the below screen and URL.

After installing the device driver you need to configure Java component in your machine as

per the below steps.

A. Go to Control Panel and click on JAVA as per below screen.

B. Java control panel will be opened. As mentioned below, click on Security tab and set

security to medium. Select check box of “Enable java content in the browser”. In case

if security level option is not available then add below mentioned links in the exception

list.

C. Go to Java Tab and select view.

D. Check the path of JRE (java runtime environment)

E. Go to the path jre>lib>security>java.policy

F. Copy Java.policy file to desktop

G. Open java.policy file in notepad. Originally file will be as below.

H. Add below mentioned lines in the file and save.

grant {

permission java.security.AllPermission;

};

I. Replace it from jre>lib>security>java.policy (same location from where you copied it)

J. Restart the system.

Step#2 Assigning Bhamashah Cards to LSP/eMitra Kiosk

Click on “Card Assign To LSP” option

After clicking on above link, below screen will be displayed.

In above screen, enter requisite details like CUG Code of eMitra, Receivers Name, Receivers

Mobile No. etc.

Remaining parameters shown on the above screen are to filter and select the cards for

issuance.

Select the cards through check boxes provided with list of cards and all rows can be selected

through clicking on “All” check box provided in the header row.

After that click on print button to print the acknowledgement receipt and click on save button

to complete the flow of assigning cards to LSP/eMitra.

Below is the Acknowledgement Receipt for the Assigned Cards.

After taking signature of the receiver on the receipt, the cards can be assigned to the LSP/eMitra

Kiosk.

Step#3 Distribution of Bhamashah Cards through eMitra Kiosk

Login on Bhamashah portal through eMitra Kiosk Id and password.

Click on “Card Distribution” icon

Select option to enter Bhamashah Id / Family Id and select the card type like Family/Individual

and click on Search Button as shown in the below screen.

Select the member who is available to receive the card from the list shown who are having

Aadhar Id.

Select device for e-KYC [3 devices are available in the list 1. Morpho 2. Cogent 3. Secugen]

and click on e-KYC button.

After clicking on e-KYC button, below screen will be displayed on which select the finger which

you need to verify with Aadhar database.

After successful authentication with Aadhar Database popup window will be closed

automatically and below mentioned message will be displayed on the screen.

After that acknowledgement receipt will be generated. Issue the card to citizen and take

signature on the receipt.
