ORDER:

The candidate Mr. Minumula Vinay, bearing Regd.No.1834213220 of 2nd year

Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May 2018 was found to have

resorted to Malpractice in Commerce Paper-I.

The ‘MALPRACTICE SCRUTINY COMMITTEE’ found the candidate is guilty of

malpractice taking into account the evidence available and classified the offence under

Item No.3 of the Scale of Punishment of Part-VII of the Regulations issued under Section-9

of the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Education Act (Act, 2 of 1971) as amended from time

to time.

The candidate was given an opportunity to offer his / her explanation against the

specified punishment proposed to be inflicted.

The candidate has not offered any explanation so far.

Hence, the candidate performance both in Theory and Practical papers (Practicals in

case of Science / Vocational Courses) at the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary

Examinations, May 2018 is cancelled besides debarring him/her (2) two subsequent

examinations i.e., Intermediate Public Examinations, March 2019 and Intermediate Public

Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2019 for the Malpractice committed by

the candidate.

The candidate is permitted to appear for Intermediate Public Examinations

March 2020 and onwards.
