Most indications measured 1.5mm in height and throughout the scan from the bottom to top of all defects it's a total of 2.7mm. Defect #10 looks to have grown internally since the last inspection and does appear to be crack like. The defect now measures from 65.4mm to 142.4mm (76.8mm in length) with a minimum height of 6.51mm. The location of the defect from the outside diameter is 10.2mm in depth which is almost at the midwall location. In the TOFD image it looks like it may be 3mm to 4mm above the internal surface of 21.52mm but due to the back wall washout in the TOFD scan from 8096mm and approximately 142mm there is reason to believe that it could be surface breaking. This is a difficult location to inspect due to the high/low that is present in the fit up. With the shear wave used for confirmation there was a consistent root trace in the area of the defect except one location where the root reflector completely disappeared. It would be recommended to inspect using creep wave to determine ID connection. This defect should be closely monitored or internally inspected at the next possible convenience if this is not an option.
