Hi my name is Vix.

I am bit different to most “Fitness Gurus”.

I have personally struggled to change my own body.

Ingredients

1 scoop (30 grams) Slimdown Smoothie Mix

100 grams Fresh Strawberries

150ml Milk (dairy or non dairy)

150ml Water

Handful of Ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender

Blitz until smooth and creamy

The above makes ONE complete meal/serving

1 level teaspoon Superclean Chocolate

1 small Banana

1 teaspoon Peanut Butter (100% PURE peanuts only butter)

1/3 cup Water

5 Ice Cubes

Instructions

Add ingredients into a blender in this order - milk, water, ice, peanut butter, Slimdown

Smoothie Mix, Superclean Chocolate and banana.

BLITZ for about 30 seconds – let settle and repeat a few times until

smooth and there are no lumps.

Ingredients – 24 balls

2 scoops Slimdown Smoothie Mix

150 grams natural Almond Spread

120 grams Rolled Oats (to make an oat crumb)

2 Medjool Dates, chopped - remove pips

55 grams Superclean Chocolate

65 grams Dried Cranberries

50ml Water or (if you are using Raw Pea add an extra 125ml water)

125ml Milk (Dairy or Non Dairy)

Instructions 1. Place oats into a blender and blitz until it forms a course crumb (not a powder)

2. In a bowl mix your oat crumb, Slimdown Smoothie Mix, Superclean Chocolate,

cranberries and dates.

3. Add to the bowl the almond spread, water and milk until the mixture becomes

incorporated and starts to form a dense firm ball.

Note – if you are using Raw Pea add an extra 125ml water







4. Using your hands, roll mixture into small balls.

5. Place on a lined tin and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before eating.

Optional: Roll balls into desiccated or shredded coconut before refrigerating

(Based on using the exact ingredients above and making 24 balls in total)

Ingredients – 1 Serve (2 pancakes)

60 grams Wholemeal Flour

20 grams (2/3 scoop) Slimdown Smoothie Mix

90ml Water (if you are using Raw Pea add an extra 70ml water)

3 Strawberries

1 small Banana (you can always use half and freeze the other half for smoothies)

1 Passion fruit

(Tip: you can use any combination of fresh seasonal fruit)

Instructions 1. Mix flour, Slimdown Smoothie Mix and water in a bowl until smooth with no lumps. Note -

if you are using Raw Pea add an extra 70ml water

2. Spray a pan with oil spray (olive oil or coconut oil). Pour batter into pan and cook on

medium heat. Turning once browned

3. Serve with the freshly cut fruit and berries (or peanut butter and sugar

free jam).

Ingredients – 1 serve

1/2 cup Blackberries (you can use any berries or berry mix)

1 ripe Banana

1 teaspoon Coconut Flakes, unsweetened and no added sugar

1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non dairy)

½ scoop Slimdown Smoothie Mix

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon raw Pumpkin Seeds

½ cup fresh Spinach

Instructions

Add banana, milk and Slimdown Smoothie Mix into a blender and process until creamy.

Add blackberries to the blender (setting aside a few for garnish) and pulse two or three

times to incorporate.





Add Spinach to the blender last and add gradually to assist with the blitz

Garnish with fresh blackberries, top with chia and pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with

coconut flakes

Serve right away.

Ingredients – 10 serves

2 cups Wholemeal Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

¼ teaspoon Salt

150 grams Medjool Dates

1 teaspoon Allspice

1 cup Carrot – grated

½ cup Walnuts – roughly chopped

2 ¾ cups Water – may need extra water

4 scoops (120 grams) Slimdown Smoothie Mix

1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line or grease a square 20 x 20cm baking tin.

Chop up the dates and remove the pips. In a saucepan mix together chopped dates, 1 ¼

cups water and allspice. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat then stir through the grated carrot and allow to cool. Set aside





In another bowl mix together wholemeal flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and

Slimdown Smoothie Mix.

Once the date and carrot mixture is cool add in chopped walnuts, apple cider vinegar and

1 ½ cups water and stir.

Add the wet mixture to the flour mixture and stir to combine. Add a bit more water if the

batter is too dry.

Pour into your lined baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Or

until you can run a knife or skewer through the center of the cake

and it comes out clean.

Place on a cooling rack and allow to cool, once the cake has cooled

remove from the baking tin and cut into 10 slices.

One slice is equal to ONE serve on the Response Mode Meal Plans

Overall you should be eating 5 x meals a day of pure foods.

Is a Slimdown Smoothie a Meal Replacement? Use a Slimdown smoothie to replace any of your 5 meals every day.

When you are eating 5 meals a day your body is on a 24 hour clock so it doesn’t matter which

meal you replace.

Do I need to have a Slimdown Smoothie Pre or Post Workout? When you are eating 5 meals a day there is no need for Pre or Post workout shakes as your

body is burning fat 24 hours a day.

Just have your meals when it is the most convenient to eat.

If this is straight after your workout have a meal then.

As long as you are eating every 3-4 hours the exact timing around a workout is not important.

Most people will have a better workout if they haven’t had a heavy meal for about an hour

before working out.
