1 pack McCormick Menudo Meat Stew Seasoning Mix

½ tsp Club House Paprika

1 small red and green bell pepper, cubed

1½ cups water

1/3 cup cubed cooked ham

1 cup uncooked rice

½ cup cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast

¼ cup squid rings

¼ cup peeled & deveined shrimp

¼ cup f rozen green peas

1. Dissolve McCormick Menudo Meat Stew Seasoning Mix and ClubHouse Paprika in water.

2. In a large, deep f rying pan, add rice and seasoning mixture.

3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

4. Add chicken and peppers; cook f or 3 minutes.

5. Add squid, shrimp and ham. Cook f or 2 minutes.

6. In the last minute of cooking, add peas and heat through.
