Our PeopleNeeraj Mehta: A graduate fromprestigious NUS Business School,Singapore. He has over 6 years ofexperience in various industries and hasbeen involved with global companies likeING and Reliance Capital in differentprojects.He is currently working in the capacity ofBusiness Head of PACT.

Gouri Nilakantan: Gouri holds aMasters degree in Theatre from MiamiUniversity, Oxford, Ohio, and currentlypursuing her PhD in Theater fromJawaharlal Nehru University. She hasdirected over 25 Plays including criticallyacclaimed Water by Komal Swaminathan,Imaginary Invalid by Moliere, and Glass

Menagerie by Tennessee Williams, The Little Prince and SomeUnknown Arabian Nights in both India and the United States. Shehas also over 20 publications to her credit and they haveappeared in Theatre India and IGNOU publications.

She has read in international conferences held in Dubai,Pakistan, Japan and Serbia. Her fields of expertise lie inFeminism, Children’s theatre and Augusto Boal Techniques. Sheis currently writing a book in Drama and Music Education withRobert Lee, Associate Chair, Early Music Education Program,Miami University, and “From the Children of India to the Childrenof America”.

Rohini B Ramanathan: Master’sdegree in media and information sciencesfrom the University of the District ofColumbia and a Doctorate in Media andEducational Technology from BostonUniversity. Dr. Rohini B. Ramanathan istraining, e-learning, and communicationprofessional with over 20 years of experience. She has worked asa senior management consultant, training director andcommunication and marketing professional in the banking, IT,venture capital, and manufacturing and health industries.
