Grassroots Partners GuidelinesPA Breast Cancer Coalition
The PA Breast Cancer Coalition could not exist without the support of our Grassroots Partners! It is because of community members like you that the PBCC is able to be a source of information, comfort and strength to breat cancer survivors in Pennsylvania. Thank you for choosing to partner with us and help us
work towards our mission of finding a cure now... so our daughters don’t have to.
Event Name and Use of Logo Publicity of EventAll fundraisers will not promote the PA Breast
Cancer Coalition (PBCC) as the organizer of the event, but rathr the beneficiary.
Example: Not “PBCC Golf Tournament,” instead, “ABC Organization Golf Tournament benefiting
the PBCC.”
The PBCC will provide a logo for use in promotional material. We ask that the PBCC
review and approve all all promotional materials prior to printing and distribution.
Please note that the pink ribbon in our logo is trademarked and may not be used separately
from the logo itself.
The PBCC is happy to assist with promotion of your webite through our website, social media channels and e-newsletter. We love to see and
share event news and photo!

The PBCC staff attempts to attend as many events as possible throughout the year. If a staff member cannot personally attend your event, we are happy to send a volunteer in your area to represent the PBCC.
The PBCC will provide free informational material, resources and giveaways, pending current supply. We ask for as least 2 weeks notice prior to the event to ensure availability of a staff member or materials.
