Owing the Opening of Bids last May 10,2016 ctl3B1F, Confucius Room, DAP Pasig City, thebid proposal of Cosmotech Phlll~nes, Ine. was ranked as the Second Lowest CalculatedBid in the amount of P1.249,OOO. . The Lowest Calculated Bid, which was proposed bySyst8l1l Variable Trading (SVT), was disquallfted due to the erroneous data in the calculationof Net Financictl Contracting Capacity (NFCC) (see attached BAC Resolution).

After critical and toorough examination! assessment! pos!-qualiflCationi on the bid proposal ofCosmotech Philippines Inc. (eligibility, technical & financial) which was done after thereglamentary period for the filing of a protest under RA 9184. the BAC-lWG recommendsthe bid proposal of Cosmotech Philippines Inc., bidder with the 2nd Lowest CalculatedBid be the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Please refer to the attached PostQualification Bid Document Checklist.
