ADVISORY BOARD SELECTION CRITERIA
Good knowledge of local and national CSOs and their needs; Clear understanding of the role of a civil society; Environmental background; Expertise of environmental issues on the national or
international level; Good reputation among CSOs; Familiarity with grant proposal writing and evaluation; Impartiality.
ADVISORY BOARD PROCEDURES
Review and score full grants proposals in advance based on common evaluation criteria
Participate in evaluation meeting and provide recommendations Propose decision on each proposal regarding its approval,
rejection or pending status Request further information, technical correction or concrete
improvement
