Conclusion: We started small back in 2013 with one small franchised property in Gurgaon, and this year we have hosted guests in over 400,000 leased & franchise rooms across the world. We made this possible by investing in four key competencies - ability to scientifically identify and onboard strategic properties within shorter time period (vs. others); renovate and upgrade living spaces in record time by leveraging our design and engineering talent; sustained demand generation, across offline and online channels; and lastly, immersive technology that redefines the hospitality experience at every customer and hotel owner touchpoint - that help us bring in operational efficiencies through revenue management, dynamic pricing, staff training, and management, etc. Through this, we can drastically improve customer experience, while ensuring a much higher occupancy leading to better financial returns on all of their hard-earned investments. With this, we saw the benefits of transitioning into a full stack technology backed accommodations company. We also remained true to our promise of delivering best in class OYO Hotels & Homes hospitality experience for our guests, leading to almost 60% of our customers choosing to stay with us again. What excites me the most is that we did all this while remaining committed to our mission of upgrading all forms of real estate and creating beautiful living spaces, and true to our core value proposition - best locations, high-quality, and affordable prices.
