: The body of the carriage unit is made of pressed steel and is fitted with precision, durable and heatResisting components for trouble free service. The body is painted after special treatment in Golden Yellow

colour.

: The drive consist of a high performance universal type 1/20 HP, AC/DC motor for 220/240 volts, 50 Hzof electric supply. The motor is mounted with a compact gear box of ratio 1:288. It has a facility of forward andreverse operation.The armature is dynamically balanced.

: Forward/Off/Reverse type switch is located below the speed control knob for easy and quickoperation. The speed can be varied from 60 to 600 mm/min to suit the nature of cutting. Speed-Pressure-Nozzle selection and control data for various plate thickness is printed on the machine itself for quickreference. The speed of the machine can also be increased or decreased while cutting is in progress, thisfeature isvery advantageouswhenstartingandfinishing thecut.

: Specially designed heavy duty Injector type cutting torch to prevent backfire. It works on Oxygen andAcetyleneor LPGwithappropriate nozzles.

: This enables verticalandhorizontalmovementof thetorch.Adjustment forbevelcutting from 0 to 45 degrees can also be made easily. The system is simple and convenient. The adjustmentscanalsobemade while themachine is inmotion.
