Residential and Day Revision Courses in OxfordEaster, Summer, Christmas and Half-Term

"We would like to thank you all very muchfor the welcoming environment andproductive work during last week. Allthree were very pleased with the courseand willing to go back soon!" Mrs G.,Portugal

"As a dyslexic I find revision hard, with somuch information to take in at once. Thecourse helped me revise all my subjectsallowing me to apply the skills I learnt bybreaking down subjects into smallersections. This helped me so much Iachieved 3 A*s, 5 As and 3 Bs at GCSEwhich I am thrilled with. Without therevision course I do not think I would havegained the confidence in my sciencesubjects and would not have done so well, therefore I would like to thank you. Iappreciate the hard work that you put intorunning the course as it has helped me andI am sure it has helped many otherstudents like myself. " Francesa K., England

"I thought you might like to know thatCharlie, who attended maths and sciencerevision with you last Easter, passed bothexams at B grade. We are delighted. I can'ttell you how much I appreciate your help, pastoral care combined with teaching issomething that doesn't always come inone package, thank you very much. I willdo my best to spread the word aboutOxford Science Studies." Mrs D., England

"Just wanted to give you some feedbackregarding the summer school course. I wasimpressed from the very beginning withthe communication and organisation. I was quite confident that the three boyswould find the course useful but I had noidea they would find it so enjoyable. Myson had a very good rapport with the threetutors and he felt each one had offeredhim both personal and valuable tutoring.lt was a great week for all three of them.Thank you for your help in organising it."Mrs M., France

Despite their best intentions, fewstudents possess the will power anddiscipline to achieve much effectivework during the holidays, and the threatof impending exams can cast a shadowover what should be a relaxing andenjoyable time.

Our revision courses are short intensivecourses of tuition, revision and exampractice run by expert tutors, revisionspecialists and examiners in anenvironment geared towardsconcentrated study, away from alldistractions.

With the recent shake up of the A-Levelsystem leaving students with thedaunting reality of all important examsat the end of their two years of study, continued, focused revision proves anefficient use of the holiday period.

Oxford Science Studies was founded in 1997 by a group of tutors from the University ofOxford. We are the only organisation in the UK to offer residential revision courses forthe majority of subjects at GCSE, IGCSE, IB and A-Level during the Easter, Summer andChristmas school holidays.
