Young Learner English Programme

OAET - - Oxcell Academic English Test.OAET train and tests young adults in communication English. The (4) four main components are Reading/ Writing, Listening and Speaking.

OBET - - Oxcell Beginning English Test. OBET teaches and tests the learners

to be competent in English Communication, in this level of testing the (4) four components are separated into Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking – with emphasis on both written and spoken grammar.

Young adults Academic English Programme

OCAE1 - - Oxcell Certificate in Academic English 1. This certificate is for students entering the

academic world and need certification, at this level there is emphasis on (5) five components Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking and English in Use with Grammar in Use.

OCAE2 - - Oxcell Certificate in Advanced English 2. The Certificate in Advanced English is for

Students and those Business Professionals serious about improving their staffs English in their chosen field of study or field of business.
