Manufacturing Activities� Design of Electrical Panel: It involves the study of complete set of specification given by client for required Electrical

Control panel. Based upon these specification, General Arrangement Drawing (G.A.D.) Single line Drawing (S.L.D) along

with Wiring Diagrams are made on computer through Auto-cad. The set of Drawing so ready are sent to

Client/Consultants for their approvals. After all necessary approval of drawing, Production Process is started.

� Sheet Metal fabrication: The approved drawing with all required sizes are sent to Fabrication shop. The CRCA sheet are

cut, weld, Bend, Press according to G.A.D. and thus structural parts of panel are fabricated.

� Painting: After fabrication, the parts are sent for Painting. 7 Tank Chemical Process is used for Painting Pretreatment.

The Panels are then Powder Coated & baked in Electrical /Gas fired oven up to the temperature of 215-220 deg C.

� Assembly: All fabricated Parts are assembled & complete structure of panel is made. All necessary Electrical

Switchgear Material are then installed in panel. Interconnection of Electrical Switchgear is done in the Panel through

Aluminum/copper Busbar of required rating (as mentioned in S.L.D). All Electrical wiring of feeder, Meters, Protection

fuses /MCB’s is also done in this stage.

� Inspection & Testing: High voltage Test, No load Test, Insulation Resistance test etc. is done. Voltage & current etc.

measurements are taken & recorded. Inspection of sizes, thickness, of Panels & other parts are also done .

� Cable trays are available in different sizes as per the customer satisfaction.

� We manufacture cable trays in thicknesses 1.2 mm, 1.5mm, 1.6 mm, 2mm , 2.5mm,

3mm, length 2.5, 3 m & width 50mm to 1000mm in different finishes like MS, Hot dip

galvanized, pre galvanized, powder coated, painted etc.

� Also manufacture cable tray accessories such as vertical bends, horizontal bends, inside

& outside bends, reducers & tees with radians 300, 600 & 900.
