Review of Cub Book

A questionnaire was issued by the team to all groups to be distributed to all leaders involved in the section.

The response to this call was poor with only 22 leaders answered which came from 7 different Groups

The review team also analyzed the Cub book an came up with their own conclusions.

Observations from the Team

Lack of knowledge of how program should work

Leader / child ratio in some groups make program difficult to be conducted in an effective manner

Only few children finish Gold Arrow

Certain topics might need revision or removed altogether.

The different cycles in different arrows were confusing the leaders

Star Constellations – After long discussion it was decided to leave lecture as is.

Cloud Formations - After long discussion it was decided to leave lecture as is. Captioned pictures with the name of the clouds and what type of weather they bring will be added.

It was decided that the Proficiency Badges will be divided into to Groups

Conclusion

The results has basically shown what was being questioned by the Team

The results were straightforward in most instances.

Action was done to tackle directly the problem Changes to content Forum to obtain first hand information from

Leaders Cub Book soon to be finalised.
