Phone Interview Etiquette
• Find a quit place free from distractions
• Research who is calling and know their job title
• Answer the phone in a professional manner
• Do not place the call on speaker
• Have your resume, notes about the company and job description readily available
• Speak slowly and clearly
• Do not eat or chew gum during the call

Skype & Video Interview Etiquette
• Clear the area for a neat background behind you
• Communicate your interview time to everyone in the house so you are not interrupted
• Ensure your camera is at eye level and there is proper lighting
• Update your skype account to ensure professionalism
• Dress in professional attire
• Make sure you have a strong internet connection and connect before the start of the interview
• Notes are unacceptable
