  • B. SUMMARIZE: Overhead auto clip-type oven

    1. This system was designed for lamella, and feeding mode will by clip each PCB board, it could be avoidance too much tangency damage of board surface.

    2. For the reason of production fluent, manual operation will be adjustment for performance and trouble-shooting to upkeep stabilization of machinery. As usual we are recommend make sure of auto-running as regular as possible. These facilities are come with SENSOR all has been proofread by our technical engineer, if it not indeed necessary please does not adjustment for any possible reasons, otherwise it could be seriously damage of the facilities workings exactitude.

    3. On heating section has temperatures controller, every each section it could be running automatically and keep on stabilizes.

    4. Every workings hick all has osmium for maintain, if it necessity can be open it and check over inside for there has any unusually problems.

  • C. Installation and movement attend proceeding:

    1. These facilities are teardown-able and movable just design for customers manufacture. Therefore before built up we are specialties designs for convenience teardown or movement.

    2. Please obligate all around the space (about 1 meter) before actual install for technical support personnel easily servicing.

    3. There has horizontal adjustment hick under the machinery, while it needs to adjust horizon for fuselage or high-low it is easy to use of spanner to adjust.

    4. Please seriously pay attention section of air pressure pipe linkup and power-line damage, if it indeed has to move the machinery.

    5. While process of assembled or teardown, please make sure whole screw will zygotic on it and check all fuselage (including trajectory and pass-line) are tightness connection.

    6. These facilities every each SENSOR are specialize function, before teardown please make sure it is ready to marks and sites up, while it assembled then put it back by each mark of SENSOR sites.

    7. Please feel free to contact us if it has any problem while installation or movement, even has any questions are also welcome.

    8. In our system has been setup basic security program if it had any tortuosity operations will catenation by system program automatically, therefore just follow the user guide preclusion malfunction and reset the system of facilities.

  • D. Operations flow

    ● Auto Mode:

    Auto-run conditions (power-on):(All hicks must be turning back to original position, then original position light on)

    1. Loading gripper clipping on material, the original position light up.

    2. Main transmits original position light up.

    3. Unloading gripper output original position light up.

    While original position light up, after power heating turn on then place the power-on.

    If needs to stop heating, it request on machinery stop status (it is stop running status) just could be enforce operating power-heating stop. While it stops power heating will be sequence stop, within several minutes (about 15 minutes) then windmill will stop one by one.

    If it needs turn-on or off power one by one of power heating. It is request operating on manual mode.

    ● Manual Mode:

    While it anomalism happened just easy to press the manual operation button and holding over 1 second then wait for light up after that into the manual operation main manual screen selection and then starting trouble-shooting, after finish all operates just back to the main manual then dissolution of manual operation. (Holding button of manual operation over 1 second it may quench light and dissolution automatically.

  • ● Auto-Shut down (Shut down operation):

    Holding shut down button over 1 second it may see the Stop operation light up and all hick will stop automatically and turning back to original position. While original position light up it meant shut down operation are completed. PS: As usual, it will never stop right away while some hick is not just turning back to original position.

  • 4-1 Each structure original position situs: ● Loading hickey:

    1. The original position of loading gripper –Loading gripper be into the fixed position. Loading manual operation screen, gripper-clipping light up.

    2. Loading transmits left and right fixed position -- Loading transmits ready on fixed left and right position.

    3. Loading gripper original position –Loading gripper into the fixed position, Loading manual screen gripper-clipping light up.

  • F. Auto-run attend proceeding

    1. Before turn on the power it must be turn on the power heating first, and wait for all hickey back to start line. (Start line light up)

    2. Stop operation just easy to holding stop button over 1 second after stop light up and wait for all hickey back to start line after then stop light and power light will be off.

    3. While all hick just on start line if it press stop button then stop light will never up, but power light will off and stop operation was completed.

    4. Please select connecting as normally, no matter it is connecting operation or single operation, because single operation just for test running only. Please do not open on single operation.

    5. Start power heating just easy to press power heating on, and then windmill and heating will startup by sequence.

    6. Power-heating stop, it request on stop running status also start line light must be up, then just could be enforce operating power-heating stop. Holding power heating stop button over 5 seconds it may stop possible as well. While it stops power heating will be sequence stop within several minutes (about 15 minutes) then windmill will stop one by one.

    7. Set the roast times just into main manual and set the roast times or display. Then, it may see the display on feeding times count down bar, each time on feeding times count down.

    8. It is seriously danger if not stopping the machinery running but any peoples into the loading or unloading area. Please pay attention before any peoples into such area make sure machine is shut down.

  • G. Manual operation attend proceeding:

    1. For manual operation, it is must to stop running first, and original position light on, start light off, then pressing the manual operation. Otherwise, if execute manual operation during machine’s running, the running will be turn off and stand-by to manual operation, if operation some structure by manually, then return to go on running, it may cause break down.

    2. If it is necessary to manual operation during running, please sequence operate to original position and stop running, then remove manual operation for avoid break down.

    3. If occur breakdown, and eliminating by manual, please check the fault’s reason first, then operate step by step to original position.

    4. For operating the main transmission manually, please make sure the unloading system have no any PCB, then executing the unloading conveyor. If there is PCB on the unloading system, it is must to operate unloading by manual operation and take out the PCB, the unloading conveyor can not to run until structure return to original position

    5. For turn on the heater by manual, it is must under manual operation and the exhaust fan must be turn on first.

    6. For turn off the heater by manual, it is must under manual operation, please turn off the heater a span time, then turn off the exhaust fan for extend the heater’s lifetime. If turn off the exhaust fan but no turn off the heater, the heater also will turn off follow the fan, but this operation will make the heating can not radiate and make damage, so please operating correct, for turn off the exhaust fan must after heater off a span time.

    7. Whenever operator would like enter the loading or unloading structure, it is must to stop running first and able to enter after stop running, because each structure may able to action in any time, for ensure the safety please indeed keep attention this point.

  • H. Three color indicating light decription.

    1. Green light: Executing automatic running. Flashing the light means the machine is stopping automatically.

    2. Yellow light: Light on means this machine is in the manual status. Flashing the light to warning that the heaters are not complete on.

    3. Red light: Flash light to warning and alarm for fault occurred. Light on means you had press the key “alarm reset” and the fault is still not eliminated.

  • I. Notices for linkage :

    1. It is need to switch the machine on connection and auto-run if execute linkage between loading and centering machine, so that machine can issue the signal to centering machine.

    2. Whatever the machine is on single or linkage, the action must be: unloading system take out a PCB to the unloading conveyor, the behind machine have to issue signal to inform output, if there is output from unloading conveyor but no get issue signal front behind machine, the PCB will stay on the conveyor until a span, then it will display the fault on the unloading section.

  • J. Heating system

    1. During operation the heating system, it is must to turn on the exhaust fan, so if you would like to turn on the heater, you need to make sure the exhaust fan indicating light is on. Otherwise the heater will not be turn on.

    2. If the fan is over load, it will break off automatically and stop, then heater off and alarm raised.

    3. If the temperature is higher and over the set temperature, it will raise alarm and turn off the heater of this section.

    4. The first, second and last two heating section are used 18KW heaters, others are used 12KW heaters, each heating uniform device is 18K with a No fuse break (NFB) protection. If there is no current, please check the NFB whether is working or not first, then check the fuse of SSR whether is normal or not, and check is there any signal from the temperature controller.

  • K. Human-machine interface screen operation

    Main screen: 1. Alarm reset---Executing alarm reset to recover the running

    after eliminating the fault. Pressing this key can eliminate the alarm noise if there is any fault. And then press the key again after you had eliminated the fault.

    2. Auto run---For automatic start. Pressing this key under the system in the original position, the machine will run automatically, the green color of the three color light indicator will on at the same time.

    3. Shot down---For stop running, Pressing this key keep 1 seconds, the machine’s running will be stop and the light on, each system will back to original position, start light turn off, the stop operation finish. When pressing the stop key and each system is in original position, the stoplight wills not on, the start light will turn off automatically, then the stop operation finish.

    4. Manual---For executing manual operation. Pressing this key 1-second, the Manual light ON and each system stop running to stand-by manual operation. For cancel manual operation, pressing this key 1-second again, the Manual light OFF and manual operation are canceled.

    5. Fault history screen---Pressing this key can review fault history.

    6. Fault indication---Indicating the fault area, when this machine occur trouble, pressing this key can to find where is the fault area.

  • 7. Heating time setting and show---Pressing the key, and it would jump to the password screen. Please enter the password and make sure. Then it will jump to the setting screen of heating time, and pressing this key, the screen will display a setting space for heating time, the setting range is 30~99 minutes.

    8. Carry time count down---Display the count down time for PCB be carried

    9. Running operation time---Display the machine’s running time and output, pressing this key the screen will display the accumulated total running time, total output, today output and the panel quantity in this oven.。

    10.Original position---Indicating the original position, and displaying the original position when all system located in original position.

  • L. Loading by manual operation and trouble shooting

    (This operation must under manual operation status)

    1. Hanger clip close ---Pressing this button, the gripper of the transmission will clip.

    2. Hanger clip open---Pressing this button, the gripper of the transmission will release.

    3. The correct operation--- Hanger clip open Hanger clip open original position indication---Loading system reach.

    4. Fault indication---Indicating the fault occur.

    5. Loading transmission left and right fixed position---Indicating the main transmission reach the left and right fixed position.

  • M. Unloading by manual operation and trouble shooting

    1. Swing levers releasing---Pressing this button, the hanger will release the clipping, it can let PCB depart from the hanger gripper. Fort system is there any fault or blocked。

    2. Swing levers up fault: Please check the Sensor (00305)on the cylinder is there any fault or need to be adjusted.

    3. Swing levers down fault: Please check the Sensor (00306)on the cylinder is there any fault or need to be adjusted.

    4. Unloading conveyor is over-load: please check the conveyor motor(00106) is over-loading.

    5. Unloading elevator 1 up and down are fault: Please check the elevator 1 up system Sensor (00309)on the cylinder is there any fault or be blocked and please check the elevator 1 down system Sensor (00310)on the cylinder is there any fault or be blocked.

    6. Unloading elevator 2 up and down are fault: Please check the elevator 2 up system Sensor (00403)on the cylinder is there any fault or be blocked. And please check the elevator 2 down system Sensor (00404)on the cylinder is there any fault or be blocked.

    7. Unloading conveyor have PCB: Please check the conveyor motor is over–loading(00400).

    8. Auto adjuster motor fault: Please check the auto adjuster motor is there over–loading(00105) or the electromagnetic switch fault.

    9. Auto adjuster motor for swing levers is fault: Please check the robot auto adjuster motor is there over–loading (00104) or the electromagnetic switch fault.

  • N. Heating section and trouble shooting with others

    1. Blower over-load: The electromagnetic switch of fan protector break, please check the fan motor, then reset the electromagnetic switch ( After electromagnetic switch break,it is must to push the reset button on the electromagnetic switch )after then, press the “alarm reset” on the operation panel , and re-start the fan, then inspect the fan motor running until normal condition.

    2. Heater overheat: Once heater is over-temp,this heater will be turn off automatically,please check this heater, SSR and electromagnetic connector.

    THE RESET WAY: Press “ALARM RESET”,re-start this heater and observe the heating condition .

    ATTENTION: Once heater is over-temp,this heater will be turn off automatically,you have to turn on this heater again after reset, because after heater be turn off automatically, the over temp. Is disappeared, but the heater will not turn on automatically

    OVER TEMP. PROTECTOR EGO:

    A. Please make sure the overheat EGO setting is correct.

    B. Please make sure the blower’s wheel doest not loose.

    C. Please make sure PLC(00108,00109,00110) is action and running.

    3. Air pressure less: Please check the air pressure source.

    4. Main conveyer Inv. error:

    Please check the inverter on the main transmit (PLC input 00107).

  • 5. Main conveyer overtime:

    A. Please check the loading conveyer on right side position SENSOR (00010) is normal or need to adjust.

    B. Please check the loading conveyer on left side position SENSOR (00011) is normal or need to adjust.

    6. Emergency switch: Once press the emergency switch under emergency condition , the system will be stop running, turn the emergency switch 1/4 circle to reset the emergency switch,after then press the alarm reset on the control panel。

    7. Lower battery: The battery for the control system PLC is less.

    A. Please replace new battery when display battery less,otherwise the program will disappear。

    B. Please replace the battery within 5 minutes,otherwise the program will disappear。

    C. PLC battery is Lithium battery,the life-time is 2~5 years under no supply PLC AC power.

    8. The panel dose not be take out during unloading: Please check is there any panel missed or need to adjust the conveyor belt’s sensor (00400) on the unloading section.

    9. The tension of chain: The tension of chain become relaxed means the chain of the main transmit is too long, please check the sensor (00212,00213) is need to adjust the position or to cut some of the chain, otherwise, it will strike other mechanism to be damaged, therefore, please resolve this problem immediately once occur the tension relaxed.

  • O. Running operation time:

    This screen displays the throughput and the equipment’s

    running accumulative total time.

    1. OVEN INSIDE AMOUNT RESET---Display the PCB quantity inside the oven, If there is any reset during producing, the display quantity will not be correct,because if pressing the “reset for panel quantity in the oven”, the display quantity will become zero, and the quantity will be re-accumulated.

    2. TODAY YIELD RESET ---Pressing this button, the display quantity will become zero, and the quantity will be re-accumulated.

    3. TOTAL YIELD RESET---Display today output, this output quantity accumulation is depend on the PCB be baked finish and reach to unloading conveyor section.

    4. TOTAL YELD RESET --- Pressing this button, the Today output quantity will become zero, and the quantity will be re-accumulated.

    5. OVEN INSIDE AMOUNT RESET ---Accumulated total output, this accumulated quantity can not be reset.

    6. TODAY YIELD RESET---Recording this equipment’s total accumulated running time.
