They can only conduct a pressure test, which gives no indication on efficiency and leak‐oil. Actually a unit with 1 % efficiency can pass the pressure test.

• Components details will be recorded ASAP after the receipt of pumps, • All details shall be recorded in the inspection report.

Inspection Report includes:• Missing Parts• Obvious Damages• All Ports Covered/Any Ports Open• Attachment Delivered (fittings/ shaft couplings/ auxiliary pumps)

• Record all settings of adjustment screws with an accuracy of 0.1mm• Punch marks (A-A, B-B, C-C etc. ) shall be used to record the orientation of housing parts.• All fittings/plugs should be removed• All valves shall be removed and completely disassembled, components of each valve have to be kept in separate bags• All stripped parts including bagged valves shall be kept in the grey boxes together with the repair report• Solenoids shall not be further disassembled into single parts

Name plate shows type, serial number and project number.

All pumps and motors repaired by Alatas HK are marked to ensure traceability.
