1) EYESPEC can make a plant attribute and (:STD) of piping materials and valves or so,which is basic EYECAD use.It is an exclusive use system of the (:D.B.) creation for EYECAD user companies and subcontractors.

2) Provides a wide range of out-of-the-box data including public standard such as JIS,JPI, ISO,ASME and API,and more than 50 manufacturers'specific standard allowing to be changed and added by a proj.

1) Flexible operation with modern GUI and functions coloring objects individually EYEPIPE can

instantly switch a display mode between shading 3D and wire frame by selected object,even

in the same object type.Simple and outstanding operability realizes to display and modify

window,its attribution on one window,avoiding windows scattered over the screen.

2) Various object types and standard pre-installed EYECAD contains objects and standard ranging

from column No.,floors,handrails,stairs,frames,structures,equipment,piping,ducts,piping support

to database of lots of standard symbols,data,or dimensions,required for plant constitution.These

objects have their own attribution and show data-centric fundamental structure.

3) Easy implementation of contiguous/clash check EYECAD promptly performs contiguous check between

welding points of piping components, and clash check between provided objects in specific area,

and then displays those results regarding unconformity or clash part through just one click.

4) Instant display of 3D assembly drawing based on a quick hidden line process The attribution string

is automatically displayed on the drawing line of each object.Selecting and dragging-out the provided

area indicates the dimension.Plane view,solid view and perspective view can be easily drawn for it

1) The piping support drawing and bill of material are automatically produced along with pipe section and line-mark by configuring piping support into piping model based on EYEPIPE.The assembly and spool drawings include the support/fastener marks,and tag with data of position and dimension.

2) The following attribution of a piping support model can be configured;   a) Tag No: unique symbol (area symbol) for support, serial letters indicating 3 elements  b) Comments c) JOB group d) Support class: each material letter of section steel and fastener 3) The fundamental specification of support is classified into the following 4 items;   a) Section steel: component required for a main support unit (angle, channel, H, etc.)   b) Attachment: component required to fix main support unit (Base plate, etc.)  c) Fixing part: component required to fix main support unit (foundation bolt, etc.)  d) Fastener: parts required to fix pipes (U-bolt, shoe, etc.) 4) Shaping a support requires to indicate one pair or more out of 40 kinds of support styles

such as gate and T-shape, and set attributions of tag,piping to be connected, each dimension of component a) – d),position,specification,and the connection method.ASUP (BS:text file) and JSUPNO.csv can be also supported to add and modify at once the attributions of main support unit or contents of title block in the drawing.

5) The resulting support drawing is automatically displayed in A4 document along with the

detailed drawing of hole of fixing bolts,position of street No,each dimension,and contents of title/material block.

6) The piping assembly drawing displays the actual position of support as a symbol or solid shape,

including the data of position/dimension,tag and various fastener symbols by its feature.The piping spool drawing also indicates the fastener symbols as well as installation dimension and tag.

7) Bill of material is based on 4 kinds of specification described above. This table can be

exported as a text format,l_3dsm,and then available to sort it out with Excel,etc.

All EYEVIEW-LT functions are involved in EYEPIPE modeling function.However this model data is

possible that retrieval by EYEVIEW-LT,The file saving of plant model added and reviced data is

impossible.

EYEVIEW-LT ensures simple communications such as design review,change commands,a check for the

plant model created by EYECAD.

Main features are as follows;

1) EYEVIEW-LT can perform an attribute check and viewing the inside of the plant model.

2) This system can add and correct tag papers (direction comments) in a plant model.

3) For the check of the matching after model change,users can change the model on the spot by

operation completely same as a model creation system.However,the form aftermodel change is

not saved.(Of course, tag papers and the scale box are saved.)

4) This system can save and retrieve the view screens.

5) This system can edit and save the color.

By attaching marks and names with optionalparameters,EYEVIEW-LT can arrange the "scale box".Moreover,this is applicable to the layout plan of a model unit, position change directions and space measurement of area.

配管圧力損失計算システム

1) By specifying a fluid-serial No. of the header piping model created by EYEPIPE,many items

required for each point information on the piping route which leads to the piping and

calculation between the point areautomatically output according to each piping line on

Excel® Sheet.

2) All of calculation after this and a case studies are performed by the Excel® side.

3) Fluid density and viscosity are calculated by the value of water as a default,and users can

change andre-calculate them.

4) Flux is calculated by the value set up in the model of EYEPIPE. When not set up,it is calculated

with a default value.

5) Pipe Run-Length of each part is set by Pipe Run-Length of each piping part with reference

to the multiple of the diameter of relevance defined by another table which is AFLENR

(Excel® Sheet Name).Moreover,an additional change is possible for this table contents by

users.

6) Length of Point to Point is set for straight length of each center points.

7) Each sum total of Straight Length and Equivalent Length and these two totals are calculated

as friction pressure loss.Differential pressure in position of start & end of piping is

also calculated separately,and is calculated as sum total pressure.

8) The formula of Fanning is contained by Macro of Excel® for calculation of friction pressure

loss,and it is also possible to change this Macro by users.

2) The structural analysis system supports "STAN®" series now.

3) Marks can be optionally set to each frame components.Structure information is converted

with the marks, component specification and connection information.

EYESTEEL contains the following

attribute databases.

This can be converted to a steel

structure calculation

system with these information.

4) The structure model editing,DWG ooutput and B/Q function

are included in EYEPIPE system.

5) Standard format such as CIMsteel etc.is due to be carried out for other structural analysis

or a structure-related system from now on.
