qualified HP ProLiant Server bundles within the promo period. End-customer companies are entities that purchase HP ProLiant Server bundles for their own use and not for resale or redistribution.

• Only server bundles specified in the Tower and Rack pages of the promo flyer are qualified for the prizes.

• Promotion offer is not valid with big deal or special deal discounting as determined by Hewlett Packard Philippines Corporation (“HP”) and/or any other promotional offer in accordance with HP policies.

• Server bundles and options should come from local distributor(s) duly-accredited by HP.

• The Purchase Order issued by end-customer company should indicate a date within the promotion period.

PROMOTION DURATION• Promotion duration is from March 10 to April 4, 2014• Deadline of filing of claims is on April 18, 2014 REGISTRATION• The HP Reseller is responsible in preparing Letter of Claim and

other supporting documents on behalf of end-customer company.• Submission of documents does not automatically qualify end-

customer company in the promotion. Claims and documents have to be validated in accordance with HP policies.

• Complete promotion claims must be received on or before the filing of claims cut-off indicated above.

• Claims submitted after the deadline shall be disqualified from the promotion.

PRIZE GUIDELINES• Prizes are non-convertible to cash.• No substitution of prizes by end customer will be honored.• The digital gadget prizes will be given with the lowest available

configuration for the specific product model as determined by HP.• The HP branded prizes will be given only after claim has been

validated. Configuration will be lowest standard configuration as determined by HP.

• All prizes are awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

• HP Philippines Corp. and promo agency reserve the right to substitute or change the prize without prior notice.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES• Prizes will be released two months after the deadline of filing

of claims.• Promo agency will notify the reseller who claimed on behalf of

end customer for the confirmation and approval of claim.• The reseller is responsible in communicating to the end customer

for result of the claim filed and prize availability.• Prizes are for pick-up from promo agency or prize supplier.

Delivery charges will be on customer’s personal account.• End customer will be requested to present the following

documents when claiming the prize(s): - Secretary’s Certificate (or any equivalent document) containing

the board resolution appointing its authorized representative for the pick-up of prizes. The Board Resolution must indicate prizes for pick-up.

- Clear photocopy of Company ID of letter signatory - Person picking up prize must have a valid ID• If a representative or reseller will be requested to redeem the

prize, a Letter of authorization from the end customer will be required.

• Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
