OUTCOMESIn Fiscal Year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018), On With Life’s Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation program served 419 individuals. The out-patient program provides physical (PT), occupational (OT) and speech therapy (SP) for those that have sustained a neurological injury such as a traumatic brain injury, stroke, brain tumor or those living with a neurological condition such as Parkinson’s disease. Three persons served required an unplanned transfer.
