Power Modules Twenty years ago SSDI launched the first hermetic application specific power module for space flight, combining the reliability of discrete semiconductors with the design advantages of conventional power hybrids. SSDI’s power module configurations include 3 Phase Bridges, Half Bridge Switch, Full Bridge Switch, Boost Converter, Buck Converter, Double Forward Converter and Thrust Vector Controls.

The SHF1150 is a void free glass ceramic encapsulated rectifier that provides a more rugged, high reliability replacement for a 1N6642 and a smaller, faster replacement for the 1N5806.
