A sstematic review on how I develop/monitor how teachers review data todrive instruction is the eginning. Conducting informal oservations relatedto current data (which standards were not mastered - enchmarks), will giveme real time information on who needs additional training. Once staffmemers have een identified whose in need of additional training, thosestaff memers will e highl recommended to receive additional training visprofessional development and/or collegial visits in order to monitor studentlearning and adjust programs and instructional practices.
