Our breakthrough electric fan cooling module is designed to work only when required, lowering runningcosts, and environmental impact. The unique configuration ensures that energy is not wasted and fuel savings of up to 15% can be achieved.
The electric cooling module can be designed to customer specifications to include up to 20 fans which only operate when required. This reduces energy losses and improves engine efficiency through more accurate control of engine temperatures.
The module has a ‘curbside quiet operation’ feature, with fans automatically dampening as the vehicles slow to a stop, and a full diagnostic system that enables technicians to analyze data and adjust system parameters to match the requirements of vehicles on specific routes.
Requiring minimal maintenance, it reduces servicing costs and vehicle downtime.
Twinned with Grayson’s lightweight brazed aluminum Eco-Core, custom designed specifically for E-Drive solutions, you are guaranteed the highest levels of performance.

Electric Water Heater
Grayson have developed a product which offers a new approach to providing heating in hybrid or electrical vehicles. The usual way for the driver and passengers to be kept comfortable in cool weather is via a diesel powered heater fitted to boost the heat available from the engine – it’s a solution that is noisy, costly, and generates both CO2 and particulate emissions.
Grayson’s Electric Water Heater uses surplus energy from the battery to generate heat and provide controllable, efficient warming to the interior of the vehicle. By removing the need for a diesel-powered heater, the heater enables the vehicle to use less fuel, emit lower levels of pollutants, and to reduce noise levels.
The Electric Water Heater is IP68 rated and available in standard sizes of 10, 15, or 25kW. Current research indicates that this innovative technology will enable hybrid drive vehicles to heat up faster and run more efficiently.
Available in standard sizes of 10kW (34140 BTU), 15kW (51210 BTU) or 25kW (85350 BTU). Other sizes available on request
