Insta Pollutech Labs, started in 1991 as a testing facility for various facets of environmental pollution, undertaking testing of samples to evaluate the surrounding air, water and wastewater conditions in addition to carry out ETP operations, conduct environmental audits, suggest pollution control measures, and assist in getting environmental clearance for industrial and commercial units in and around India, has evolved over the years to sophisticated instrumental methods for microbiological testing of food and water samples, chemical analysis and microstructure of metals, alloys and plastics, testing of petroleum products, air testing, water and waste water testing. • Insta DG-01 (Powder Degreser) - A completely water soluble Solid Degreaser for both industrial and commercial purposes

• Insta RR 305 (Rust Remover) - A powerful eco friendly rust remover solution thatremoves rust without changing the size and nature of the material. • Insta RC-01 (Rust Converter)- A powerful rust converter helps iron oxides convert into a protective black layer (ferric phosphate) Helpful for big objects such as bridge.

• Insta ORP-18 ( 3 in 1 Rust Remover) - A three-in-one solution which removes oil from the metal first to prevent it from reacting to rust and then creates a layer to act as a rust - preventive on metal.

• Insta HP-7 (Hydrophobic Chemical) - A hydrophobic or a water repellent solvent base which once spraved on brick, concrete, roof tiles, masonry, etc. makes the surface water repellent as well as helps to prevent fungus and growth of algae.

• Insta 60 (Penetrant oil)- A powerful multi-use penetrant oil and maintenance product, which lubricates, drives out moisture in addition to removing and protecting rust from locked mechanisms .Also available in aerosol spray cans (100 and 400 ml.)

• Instasol 12 (Cutting Oil) -A versatile water soluble oil designed primarily as a lubricant and coolant for cutting and grinding operations on both ferrous and non- ferrous metals. Can also be used as a coolant for heavy duty machining operations as an emulsifiable hydraulic oil and rust preventive.

• Insta CI-80 (Solvent Degreaser) - A powerful solvent based degreaser which is water soluble, useful for removal of oil, grease, ink etc.

• Insta DG-03 (Carbon Remover And Degreaser) - A powerful solvent based Carbon remover with high degreasing properties which remove oil, grease, ink etc. This product is masked with a good fragrance for an enhanced experience.Also available in aerosol spray cans (100 and 400 ml.)

• Insta Lube- 30 (Chain Lubricant Aerosol)-This product is made for all bike chains and works fantastically on all types of rings. Also available in aerosol spray cans (150 and 400 ml.)

• Insta RP-70 (Rust Preventive Oil) - A powerful solvent cutback rust preventive oil that protects the metal from corrosion due to rusting.

• Insta RP-80 (Rust Preventive Oil) -A completely solvent free formulation, which does not allow loss of material and is biodegradable. Insta RP – 80, is a medium to protect metal parts from rust & corrosion throughout the stages of manufacture, assembly, storage & shipping.

• Insta RP-40 (Drying Type Rust Preventive) -Insta RP – 40, is a powerful resin base drying type corrosion preventive with good dewatering properties. The solvent, after evaporation, leaves a thin dry film. (Brown Colour)

• Insta VR - 1905 (Viscosity Reducer) - In the sugar process, this water base product helps improve fluidity, reduce boiling time and improve pan circulation by increasing crystallization yield.

• Insta Fire Side - 504 (Boiler Aid) - Reduces the accumulation of fire deposits and soot on metal surfaces, which reduce the conduction of heat and takes care of corrosion in boilers.
