In double-sheet walls, FischerKASSETTEN
are used as internal load-bearing sheet.
They are fastened horizontally in front of
the supports of the building and they ac-
commodate mineral insulation material.
The liner trays are used e.g. to fasten verti-
cally spanned Fischer-TRAPEZ profiles. We
use galvanized, plastic-coated steel sheet
ranging from 0.75 mm to 1.25 mm. The
maximum length depends on the availa-
ble means of transport. FischerKASSETTEN
sheets are produced in lengths up to 21
m.

FischerWELL profilesA perfect material for sophisticated façades
FischerWELLE profiles may be used
either to harmoniously match
other façade materials or or to
present a contrast. Wall elements
may be installed either vertically or
horizontally. The elements are also
suitable for single- or multi-sheet
roofs. Coils of galvanized, plastic-
coated steel sheet with thicknesses
ranging from 0.70 mm to 1.25 mm
are continuously formed to become
corrugated sheets using roll forming
lines with double rolls. You may
choose from 4 profile variants with
heights from 18 to 42 mm and overall
widths from 960 to 1064 mm.

FischerKLIPTECFor attractive roofs – convenient, fast and economical.
Standing seam roofs have a long tradition.
They are mainly used where exacting de-
mands are placed on roofs, e.g., in Alpine
countries. Standing seam roofs have stood
the test for decades, even under extreme
environmental conditions. Prefab registered
design FischerKLIPTEC elements are a fur-
ther development of this handcrafted con-
cept.
The roof system is made up of just one sin-
gle element. It is swiftly and conveniently
installed using Fischer clip connections with
no additional cost for accessories or special
tools.
Materials:
with metallic coating of Z 275 (galvanised ) or AZ 185
(aluzinc) to DIN EN 10346
Coating and colour variants:
See pages 25 to 29
Installation:
Using the Fischer KLIP technique, installation of large-surface
elements is made without the need for retaining angles or
special tools, swiftly and conveniently in only just 3 working
steps. With its low weight, FischerKLIPTEC is easy to install. For

Composite floorA smart alternative to conventional floors
The Fischer composite floor system SU-
PERHOLORIB®/HOLORIB® is suitable for
load-bearing floors made up of profiled
steel sheets and in-situ concrete.
The large-format profiled steel sheets are
used as formwork and at the same time,
in combination with concrete, as rein-
forcement. This approach is much more
efficient than conventional floor designs.
Fischer composite floors are used e.g. for
office buildings, high-rise buildings, multi-
storey car parks, schools and universities.
The upper chords of SUPERHOLORIB® com-
posite floor profiles are textured, which
ensures continuous concrete bonding,
comparable to the effect of the ribs of re-
inforcing steel IV. Materials:

*Double and triple tightness:
The energy saving seal of Fischer-
THERM elements.
The joint tightness (a value) of
Fischer DUO seals is much higher
than that specified by the appli-
cable energy saving decree (EnEV
2002).
FischerTHERMSandwich. The original. Unique design with DUO seal.
Our FischerTHERM elements are pro-
duced on IT controlled production lines
using two parallel coils. The two coil-
galvanized and plastic-coated steel cover
sheets are provided with a foam core made
from rigid PUR free from CFC and HCFC.
This gives extremely lightweight finished
elements with great rigidity to allow for
large spans. FischerTHERM elements also
feature excellent thermal insulation values
thanks to the special DUO seal. They are
very suitable for buildings where swift in-
stallation and efficient thermal insulation
are required along with high-grade design.
The elements may be used for outside walls
and roofs.

FischerTHERM wall elementsVariety of façade design
FischerTHERM wall elements, with their large variety of surface
structures (i.e. microprofiled, combiprofiled, etc.), offer a full
range of design options. While there is a choice of surfaces, the
façade joint is uniform thereby offering the possibility of com-
bining elements with different structures so as to create tai-
lored, personalised concepts.

FischerTHERM roof elementsFor permanently tight roofs
FischerTHERM roof elements with their
broad lower chords allow for convenient
access during installation. A large overlap
of the longitudinal joints with an addition-
al labyrinth seal prevents surface water
from penetrating.
FischerTHERM elements have fine
grooves, which prevent the drill from slip-
ping off thereby avoiding damage to the
plastic coating.
If visible fasteners are to be concealed,
FischerTHERM-Plusdach is the product to
choose.
All FischerTHERM roof elements come
with DUO seal.
The soft jointsealing strip with the additional EPDM sealing profile (DUO sealant) guarantee that Fischer-THERM roof and wall cladding elements are extremely airtight and offer good thermal insulation. In tests carried out by Technical University Cottbus, no rain penetration was measured in longitudinal joints. (see test report on joint tightness).
We recommend a roof pitch of ≥ 7° (approx. 12.3 %).According to the licence (Z-10.4-540) themin. roof pitch for FischerTHERM roof elements is ≥ 3° (approx. 5.2 %).

FischerFIREPROOFFire protection made simple
Fire protection made simple
The experts of Fischer Profile had the idea of developing a light-
weight sandwich profile which could be used as a fire protec-
tion element. So far, fire resistance classes could only be met
with a sophisticated wall design or – when working with me-
tallic components – using mineral fibre thermal insulation. As a
result of intensive development and engineering, we were able
to create the world‘s first pentane-propelled sandwich element
for roofs, walls and curtaintype façades using an innovative
foam system which meets fire resistance class REI30 or EI30! Fi-
scherFIREPROOF sandwich elements feature fire resistance for
30 minutes as re-quested by DIN EN 123501-2, i.e.,they are „fire
inhibiting“ as provided for by the building authorities.
The pentane-propelled foam system allows for a clear weight
reduction of approx. 30% for FischerFIREPROOF sandwich ele-
ments as compared to mineral fibre elements.

With their reduced weight com-
pared with mineral fibre elements,
FischerFIREPROOF elements ena-
ble more convenient, faster and
therefore cheaper installation.
What is more, FischerFIREPROOF
has all the great features of Fi-
scher sandwich elements: excel-
lent thermal insulation, high joint
tightness thanks to DUO seals,
ease of installation, no uptake of
water. FischerFIREPROOF makes
fire protection easier!

Coatings and coloursSpecial coatings
The planning of a building envelope starts with the selection
of a sustainable, state of the art coating system. The two new
coating systems, Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra and Colorcoat Pris-
ma, combine corrosion resistance with the functionality and
aesthetics of a building envelope and provide excellent colour
fastness.
Colorcoat Prisma with a layer thickness of 50 µm has been de-
veloped to withstand environmental influences and is distin-
guished by its low weight, high durability and versatility. This
coating excels by virtue of its excellent colour and gloss fastness
and optimum corrosion resistance. The coil-coated Colorcoat
HPS 200 Ultra is highly resistant to scratching and abrasion.
Colorfarm is a cost-efficient coating system for the inside of
farm buildings. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance it is ide-
ally suited for aggressive, humid climatic conditions.
Your Confidex® guaranteeThe Confidex guarantee is available for all buildings and colours provided with Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra and Prisma coating systems. The contractual guarantee is concluded by simply completing a registration form. Registration of your Confidex guarantee ensures that the performance of Color-coat HPS 200 Ultra (up to 40 years) and Prisma (up to 30 years) of the envelope of your building is guaranteed.
Example: Confidex guarantee Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra
The term of protection is not a guaranteed period. It is a technical term which, with appropriate maintenance and care, can help the customer to determine a refurbishment programme. The guarantee period is in general shorter than the protection period and is agreed individually in negotiated contracts.
