SCOPE OF WORK:Brad Cole Construction was awarded the mass grading of 400 acres for the Continental Tire Factory. The site package included 4.2 million CY of dirt moved, 13,000 LF of storm drain (12-72” in diameter) and 17,000 feet of double run underdrain pipe installed.

SCOPE OF WORK:BCC was to develop a lot totaling 887 disturbed acres for the move-on, site preparation, fencing and access road of a solar field in Butler, Georgia. The site package included 254 acres of clearing and grubbing, installation of 55,468 LF silt fence, 80 LF of 24” RCP, 1,112 LF of 60” RCP with headwalls, 574 LF of 6’x4’ box culvert with wing walls, 465 LF concrete causeways with cut off walls, over 4 million CY cut/fill, installation of acceleration and deceleration lanes, pouring of concrete island and 426,000 CY of topsoil stripping and respreading.

SCOPE OF WORK:As a Turnkey Site Contractor, BCC provided all services for this retail development except vertical construction of the buildings. The site package included demolition of all existing structures, 100 acres of clearing and grubbing, over 1 million CY of excavation, Erosion and Sediment Control installation and maintenance, installed 20,000 LF of storm drain from 18” - 72”, 14,000 LF of water supply, 12,700 LF of sewer line, 53,000 LF of curb and gutter, 71,400 LF of sidewalk, paved 162,000 SY of asphalt, performed design-build of retaining walls, and provided all signage, striping, landscaping, irrigation, site electrical and lighting.
