It’s my pleasure to interact with you again through our improved newsletter. I hope you like it.

Our team has been working relentlessly to improve services for the comfort of members. The taste and quality of our already popular food has been greatly enhanced by not only procuring fresh and better ingredients but also by inspiring the staff to deliver their best. New items are being introduced to the menu regularly.

We have taken upon ourselves to maintain highest possible hygiene standards. We have recently done a deep clean of our kitchen and ancillary areas, which is now going to be a part of the routine and set the benchmark going forward.

Sankranthi festival was celebrated with much enthusiasm and fervour with members actively participating in rangoli competition.

We are currently working on major matters and hope to share good news with you very shortly. Wish us all Gymkhana Club family the very best.

SERVICE TO MEMBERS AND GUESTS:

Members are requested to produce membership card to Security / Receptionist at club reception and in service areas.

Members may please note that service to guests will be given only if the member is physically present with them. For service to more than 4 guests, members are requested to book PDRs / Banquet Hall (on fi rst come - fi rst serve basis) in advance.

CLUB TIMINGS:

Members may kindly note the Club closing timings as follows.

Last food and liquor order will be taken up to 10.30 pm.

Club staff services will be closed at 11.00 pm.

Members are requested to adhere to the above timings to avoid any sort of inconvenience.

Dress code:

Members and their Guests wearing lungis, Sweat Shirts, Shorts, Coller less ‘T’ Shirts and Hawai Chappals will not be allowed to utilize the Club facilities. Children up to the age of 10 years only will be allowed wearing shorts. Member’s co-operation is solicited.

Booking of Banquet/Kitty Parties/Get-togethers:

Banquets parties up to 50-200 pax can be booked subject to availability. Service for Kitty parties and Get-togethers during lunch time is available. 10% discounton food will be given for ladies kitty parties for 10 or more pax. For details please contact F&B Manager: 9000795559

BUFFET BREAKFAST:

The Buff et Breakfast is available from 7AM – 10.30 AM on every Sunday (Spl. two non-veg. items Kheema & chicken curry will be available)

Tariff : Veg - @99/- plus taxes and Non-Veg - @149/- plus taxes per person. (Guest fee of Rs.20/- per head chargeable extra)

BILLS PAYMENT:

Credit facility to member will be stopped if the bill is not paid in time i.e, by the 25th of the following month. If the bill is not paid within 90 days of the bill due date then the member will be declared as a defaulter. A member declared as defaulter will not be allowed to utilize any of the club facilities until the dues

are cleared. If the bills remain unpaid for 60 days after member being declared as a defaulter then the Member shall “Cease” to be a member of the Hyderabad Gymkhana.

Members are required to ensure that their bills are paid in time to avoid any sort of inconvenience.

ONE TIME SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT:

Members are hereby informed that they can avail the opportunity of paying one time yearly subscription fee at a discounted rate. Get 12 months subscription by paying only for 11 months.

ON LINE PAYMENT OF BILLS:Members can pay Gymkhana Bills conveniently throughwww.thehyderabadgymkhana.com for assistance call 9652688088.

*Nominal transaction charges will be charged extra while one can continue with present methods to make bills payment.

GUEST ROOMS:Guest rooms are in operation. 2 Suite rooms & 15 double rooms are available.

Room Rent:

1. Suite room - Rs. 2499=00 + Taxes

2. Double room - Rs. 1500=00 + Taxes

3. Check out time - 10.00 AM

4. Above tariff is inclusive of complimentary breakfast.
