Rural Health Care Center prides itself on success stories. �is includes individuals able to return to a more independent setting, including returning to home. Our therapists encourage participation in care plans to support and encourage individu-als to reach their full potential. Our aggressive discharge planning ensures an individual has all the adaptive equipment, home modi�cations, and training to ensure success once they are home.

Long-Term Care

We understand by choosing Rural Health Care Center that residents and families are placing their trust in us to provide excellence in care. Our dedicated medical team provides a full spectrum of 24-hour nursing and medical care.

Our professional and caring sta� is available to provide personal care for those residents requiring daily living assistance or complex skilled nursing treatment that is medically involved based on the individual resident’s need.

At Rural Health Care Center we strive to provide our long-term care residents with comfortable living in a warm, secure, and caring environment.

Rural Health Care Center o�ers a variety of social and multi-denominational religious services. �ere are pie and ice cream socials, birthday parties, morning exercise classes by certi�ed restorative therapy aides, bingo, crafts, afternoon teas, cards and live piano music - just to name a few. We also have a beauty salon available to keep our residents looking their best. Our healthcare team works daily to meet and exceed the needs of each Resident while maintaining their privacy, dignity, and integrity. We o�er the full spectrum of care includ-ing skilled rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite stays. Our licensed, professional sta� provides 24-hour medical care and support services to our Residents.

Therapy and Rehabilitation Services

Rural Health Care Center o�ers a full-time, in-house therapy and rehabilitation team. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

You’ll also �nd restorative programs to further assist our residents to achieve success in making the transition from daily intensive therapy to requiring less assistance.
