PIE SALE AFTER ALL MASSES THIS
WEEKEND
* ATTENTION EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS… As you know, Anderson Hall will open for masses on Memorial Day weekend (May 26 & 27) and remain open through the Labor Day weekend (September 1 & 2). Due to the limited number of Extraordinary Ministers, we will not be offering wine during the summer months, thus needing only 3 ministers to distribute communion, i.e. one (1) in the church with father, and two (2) in the hall. Thank you for your cooperation.
COLLEGE STUDENTS Please contact the office
[email protected] if you are home from college for the summer
and would like to resume your role in the ministries...we need your help!
WE WILL BE PROCESSING TO THE CEMETERY AFTER THE 8AM MASS ON MEMORIAL
DAY
"No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's
friends." Christians are no strangers to sacrifice. Jesus lays down his life for our redemption, martyrs remain
faithful to the end, and every believer faces "deaths" in the spiritual life when love requires a re-ordering of preference and priority.
On Memorial Day, we honor those who laid down their lives for their nation and for the values we espouse - freedom, justice, and a better world for our children. In a day that often fills with barbeques and boat launches, remember to take some time in prayer! Intercede for those who have died and for the loved ones they left behind, and pray for
peace on earth.
Altar Rosary Society members, there will be a “summer outing” on
Tuesday, June 5th at the Iroquois Club. The cost to members is $20. You may
bring a guest. Please contact Sandy Ragozine to make your reservation
