Every year the parish must set a budget for the Fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. This budget reflects the needs and vision of the parish. All funds spent on parish activities must be approved before the fiscal year begins. This budget gives us a road map to follow and does not allow for many unexpected expenses. For most of you this will be the first time you are being asked to complete a budget re-quest for your ministry and just the word “budget” might be intimidating, but we are in this together and we are here to help you through this process. PROCESO DE PRESUPUESTO PARA 2015-2016 Cada año, la parroquia debe establecer un presupuesto para el año fiscal

que comienza el 1 de julio y termina el 30 de junio. Este presupuesto refle-ja las necesidades y la visión de la parroquia. Todos los fondos destinados a las actividades parroquiales deben ser aprobados antes de que comience

el año fiscal. Todas las solicitudes de presupuesto se deben, en la oficina el 15 de junio.
