OUR CONTRACT WITH GOD!

Page 2: Our contract with God!

GOD IS NOT OUR BACKUP PLAN

• HE IS OUR DESTINATION  &OUR FUTURE

• OUR EXCEEDING GREAT REWARD

• We should not be saying God Will help me in 2012 even if all hell breaks lose but we be more like him in the new year

Page 3: Our contract with God!

CHANGE OR DIE!

• God is not our backup and does not motivate

by fear

• God is our future we are to be like him

• Insurance is a backup!

• This future is based on creativity

Page 4: Our contract with God!

GENESIS 15:1-2

• 1 After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear

not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. 2 And Abram said,

Lord God, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of

Damascus?

Page 5: Our contract with God!

OUR EXCEEDING GREAT REWARD

• But, if we learn from Abraham's example - to make

God our "exceedingly great reward" - then God can truly prosper us spiritually by much fruit and usefulness to God.

• This future is based on creativity

Page 6: Our contract with God!

OUR COVENANT IS WITH GOD

• It's covenant with God not men, not churches, denominations or men

• It's as many are led by the Spirit they are the sons of

God

• We have changed Gods relationship with man through

religion

Page 7: Our contract with God!

OUR COVENANT IS WITH GOD

• Moab and Ruth to bring back the Moabites to convenient

after they had left the incestuous relationship

• Samson's Death was a restoration & fulfillment of

purpose

• We have to stop teaching fear from Scripture!

Page 8: Our contract with God!

REVELATION

• Exodus 6:3

• 3 “I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty, but by My name Lord I was not known to them.

• Exodus 6: 3 (Webster)

• And I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

• In My Fathers house there are many dimensions!

Page 9: Our contract with God!

REVELATION

• God revealed His holy name YHWH (sometimes

translated “Jehovah”) to Moses.

• The name Elohim refers to God as the Almighty

Creator, the ruler of all the nations.

Page 10: Our contract with God!

REVELATION

• The name Jehovah, on the other hand, refers to Him as

the God of the covenant with Israel.

• It identifies God as the divine King of the Hebrew people.

• You cannot believe beyond actual knowledge

Page 11: Our contract with God!

REVELATION

• Even though God was close to Abraham, HE shows that there are

dimensions in God we do not know or understand!

• In these places He reveals aspects of Himself.

Page 12: Our contract with God!

BOTTOM LINE

• Exodus 19:1-6• 4 ‘You have seen what I did to the

Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to

Myself.

Page 13: Our contract with God!

PURPOSE

• Brought you to Myself not to the Land or the covenant or to prosperity

not to blessings etc but to Himself!

• It’s to God we have come to and this has been and still is

His plan for His people. Israel, it seems failed to realize Gods plan and

purpose, brought you to Myself.

Page 14: Our contract with God!

PURPOSE

• God does not stop there; He waits for a generation to fulfill

his purpose. Are we that Generation or are we going to

fail also?

• Sin and Satan can delay the purposes of God but

cannot stop them from coming to pass.

Page 15: Our contract with God!

PURPOSE

• Jews today are excited about the law and the land, but how

many are excited about God Himself.

• Are we excited about God or is it prosperity, breakthrough etc

Page 16: Our contract with God!

PURPOSE

• Or are we excited that he has also

called us to Himself.

• In the same with the disciples Jesus responded differently when they were excited about casting out devils:

Page 17: Our contract with God!

LUKE 10:17-24

• 17 Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”18 And He said to

them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.19 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions,

and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.20 “Nevertheless do not rejoice in

this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in

heaven.”

Page 18: Our contract with God!

THIS IS THE RESPONSE

• Exodus 19:8-24

• 17 And Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet with God, and they stood at the

foot of the mountain.

Page 19: Our contract with God!

THIS IS THE RESPONSE

• After all that’s what thy came to God for or was it not?

• Lets have a look at their reaction to Gods desire

to bring them to Himself!

• What's our heart and attitude to God today?

Page 20: Our contract with God!

THIS IS THE RESPONSE

• Exodus 20:1-26

• 18 Now all the people witnessed the thunderings, the lightning flashes, the sound of the trumpet, and the

mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled and stood afar off. 19 Then they said to Moses, “You speak with us, and we will hear; but let

not God speak with us, lest we die.”

Page 21: Our contract with God!

This Has Been the Bane of the Church

• The middle man and our dependence on

someone else to hear from God on our

behalf.

• We have also now found someone else to speak to

him on our behalf.

Page 22: Our contract with God!

This Has Been the Bane of the Church

• Other people tell us what God is saying and doing and

we have also gotten to a place where other people pray to God on our behalf.

• In other words they rejected a personal

God!

Page 23: Our contract with God!

GOD ALSO FOUND THIS REJECTION AS KING OVER ISRAEL

• 1 Samuel 8:7-8

• And the Lord said to Samuel, “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they

have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them. 8 “According to all the works which they have done since the day

that I brought them up out of Egypt, even to this day—with which they have forsaken Me and served other gods—so they

are doing to you also.

Page 24: Our contract with God!

REJECTED AS A PERSONAL GOD,THEN KING & NOW AS SAVIOUR?

• John 16:7-11

• “Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you;

but if I depart, I will send Him to you. 8 “And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 “of sin, because they do not believe in Me; 10 “of

righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; 11 “of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

Page 25: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• People go to hell not because of their sin but because they rejected the

substitution of our Lord Jesus

Christ.

Page 26: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• 2 Corinthians 5:17-21

• 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God

was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself

Page 27: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• 2 Corinthians 5:17-21

• not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then,

we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.21 For He made Him who knew

no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Page 28: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• Jesus said if you not for me you are against me in this world there is no vacuum we are either for and with God or for and with the Devil, whether or not we

do it on purpose.

Page 29: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• John 3:16-18

• “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have

everlasting life. 17 “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he

who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Page 30: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• Even our salvation has an ultimate purpose which brings us right back to

where we started:

• He brought us to HIMSELF!

Page 31: Our contract with God!

TRUTH

• John 17:1-3

• Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also

may glorify You, 2 “as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. 3 “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have

sent.

Page 32: Our contract with God!

I NEVER KNEW YOU!

• Matthew 7:21-23

• “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22

“Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’23 “And then I will declare to them, ‘I

never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Page 33: Our contract with God!

I NEVER KNEW YOU!

• Notice His reaction I never knew you not I

never used you.

• Remember the word KNOW is used in a biblical sense like Adam knew his

wife, Eve and she conceived, it speaks of intimacy.

Page 34: Our contract with God!

...THAT WHICH IS BORN OF THE FLESH IS...

• The church is not fruitful as we

should be because we have not

focused on this kind of intimacy and

dept of relationship.

Page 35: Our contract with God!

...THAT WHICH IS BORN OF THE FLESH IS.

• John 3:5-8

• 5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from

and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Page 36: Our contract with God!

INTIMACY

• To give birth to what God wants we must

have intimacy with him and it’s that intimacy that

causes His seed to be planted in us and grow to give birth like Mary.

Page 37: Our contract with God!

INTIMACY

• Luke 1:26-29

• 26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. 28 And having come in, the angel said to her,

“Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!” But when she saw him, she was troubled at his

saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was.

Page 38: Our contract with God!

INTIMACY

• Luke 1:29-34

• 30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 “And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 “He will be

great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 “And He will reign over the

house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” 34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a

man?”

Page 39: Our contract with God!

INTIMACY

• Luke 1:35-38

• And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. 36 “Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren. 37 “For with God nothing will be impossible.” 38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.”

And the angel departed from her.

Page 40: Our contract with God!

FAVOUR

• In this moment, in this dispensation, we see favour is

a two fold power.

• It is an affection of God to you that releases an influence in you so that others are inclined to cooperate with you.

Page 41: Our contract with God!

FAVOUR

• It’s the favour of Christ that immediately begins to take over the

environment around you causing everything to move towards the accomplishment and assignment

that you’re been given.

• Favour is not given to people it’s given to assignment and then God invites people to join Him in the assignment.

Page 42: Our contract with God!

THE POWER OF FAVOUR

• The first mention of Favor in the New Testament is Luke 1:28-31.

• Here Mary is approached by Gabriel whose salutation

heralds Mary's favored status in the throne room.

• Notice in these verses that the word favor is repeated twice.

Page 43: Our contract with God!

THE POWER OF FAVOUR

• Favor, pronounced khar-ece is a word revealing a two fold operation

of the law of attraction.

• The first definition describes an attraction of God to you and the second describes the

release of an influence through you that inclines

other people to trust, like and assist you in your assignment

Page 44: Our contract with God!

IMPREGNATES

• When He comes to visit you He leaves you

different from before He came.

• In Mary's case, she was left-pregnant!

• He impregnates you with a vision, an assignment and a mission.

Page 45: Our contract with God!

IMPREGNATES

• You may not understand it all at first, but once the favor of God comes, the assignment becomes more personal and

compelling.

• When you spend prolonged time in God's presence it is

natural that at some point you conceive His desire.

Page 46: Our contract with God!

IMPREGNATES WITH DESIRE

• In fact the word "Desire" in Latin is a two part word De:

“of ” and Sire: “Father”.

• Literally, desire is “of the father.”

• You were designed with a spiritual womb that is capable

of birthing Gods purposes.

Page 47: Our contract with God!

IMPREGNATES WITH DESIRE

• When a group of Al Qaeda terrorists opened up their spirits to the spirit

realm, they received a direct infusion of Satan's desire into their hearts.

• The events of Sept 11th were not conceived in the mind of Islamic

extremists, they were conceived by an intelligence operating in the realms of spiritual wickedness in heavenly places

and transferred into the waiting wombs of demonized Islamic zealots.

Page 48: Our contract with God!

TO GIVE BIRTH

• Heaven and Hell bend low over the affairs of the earth in this last

hour. This is the reason for the call to intimacy and worship.

• God is seeking to set apart a people into whom He

can birth, by the Spirit, the initiatives and the desires of the counsel of Heaven.

Page 49: Our contract with God!

TO GIVE BIRTH

• At this same time, fallen and foul principalities seek the womb of the

disobedient.

• Jesus taught that the tares would increase and grow at the same time as the wheat

(Mt 13:26).

Page 50: Our contract with God!

TO GIVE BIRTH

• The tares are the children of the devil

and the wheat are the children of God.

• Both harvests multiply at the same time.

Page 51: Our contract with God!

TO GIVE BIRTH

• If you will open your womb to the seed of the word of God you will see the manifestation of the works of God through

his sons.

• To have an open womb toward God requires that you keep

your spiritual womb closed off to every other spirit.

Page 52: Our contract with God!

WELL VS. CISTERNS

• Proverbs 5:15 KJV

• (15)  Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of

thine own well.

• God will not work for you in reverse.

• Each of us is either a Well or Cistern?

Page 53: Our contract with God!

WELL VS. CISTERNS

• What's the difference

• Cisterns have to be filled by an outside source like tanks

on the other hand Wells have their own source

• If all we do is fill the cisterns we will never reach the city

because we will just be trying to keep the saints full

Page 54: Our contract with God!

WELL VS. CISTERNS

• John 4:13-14 KJV

• (13)  Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst

again: (14)  But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Page 55: Our contract with God!

TO THIRST

• if any man thirsts let him come to Jesus.

• Our spiritual thirst will determine the degree we seek to draw near

to Christ.

Page 56: Our contract with God!

TO THIRST

• Jesus will meet us at our leave of thirst, but we must first

determine to draw near to Him (James 4:8).

• We must come to Jesus in order to quench our

spiritual thirst, but we must come in honest humility not

religious dogma.

Page 57: Our contract with God!

IN 2012 LET'S DRAW....

• Isaiah 12:1-3

• 1 And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will

trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. 3 Therefore with

joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Page 58: Our contract with God!

HAPPY NEW YEAR,GOD BLESS

Page 59: Our contract with God!

WHAT EXACTLY

DOES FAVOR

DO?

• Favor is the affection of God towards

you that releases an influence

through you so that other people are inclined to

like, trust and cooperate with you.

Page 60: Our contract with God!

THE FORCE OF FAVOR

• It is a blessing to know that we are in the season of favor.

Lance is speaking what is current

prophetically because we live among

'wolves';the present world system and it is quite challenging to

transact and thrive in it.

Page 61: Our contract with God!

THE FORCE OF FAVOUR • Favor is heaven's current that

is current, presently it is the move of God in the church and it is also what determine our

course of action and it's outcome.

• Favor determine our operational capacity to carry

out God's purposes in the earth today. This is truly a

precise word from the heart of the Father.
