Consultative Approach: For executive recruitment, we, at Appraiser Consultancy Services, go through an in-depth analysis of the executive to document accomplishments, management style, leadership philosophy and personal and professional ambitions, before finally selecting a right candidate. We work in close co-ordination with our clients throughout the executive search process and to achieve their maximum satisfaction, we also conduct a client satisfaction survey for feedback from our clients to evaluate our performance and results in executive recruitment services.

Our Terms & Conditions : Our charges: Organization is required to submit the details like company profile, background, employment details, salary offered, job hours, nature of job, eligibility conditions, gender preference or any other related terms and conditions on the prescribed format or on the letter head of the company or through email from official email id with the name of contact person , so as to enable us to shortlist best candidates as per your requirements.

0-4 years of experience we will charge 8.33% of the gross annual CTC of the selected candidate.4+ to 9 yrs of experience we will charge 10% of the gross annual CTC of the selected candidate.9+ to 14 years of experience we will charge 12.5% of the gross annual CTC of the selected candidate.14+ years of experience we will charge 15% of the gross annual CTC of the selected candidate.Note: This will also attract an additional service tax of 12.36% or as applicable as per the government laws.

A copy of the appointment letter along with a detailed break up of remuneration package will be made available to us within 10 days of the candidate joining your organization.

Bill to raise after 15 days of appointment and payment to be made within 30 days from the date of joining.

If the selected candidate leaves on his own accord within three months of joining, there will be no fee for appropriate replacement, provided you inform us within a week of the candidate leaving your Company.

Should any candidate recommended by us join your organization within six months from the date of sending his/her resume and/or the first interview, you shall still be required to pay our professional fees, as applicable
