Oransal kontrol
fonksiyonudur
up = Kp . (hata miktarı)
By Vasfi Emre Ömürlü, Ph.D., 2005 6
fonksiyonudur.
By Vasfi Emre Ömürlü, Ph.D., 2005 7
Türevsel kontrol
Hatanın sabit olma durumunda, türevsel kontrol bir çıkış
üretmez. Fakat kontrol hatanın değişme hızına bağlı olarak
üretilir.
• Hatanın değişme hızına ve Kd türevsel kontrol
katsayısına bağlı olarak, denetleyici çıkışı ayarlanır
• Dinamik cevabı artırır veya geliştirir
• Hatanın değişme hızının ve türevsel kontrol katsayısının
doğrudan fonksiyonudur

Grafiklerin yorumu• Oransal kontrol yükselme
zamanını ve kararlı hal
hatasını azaltmış, üstaşımı
artırmış ve yerleşme
zamanını azaltmıştır
•Türevsel kontrol üstaşımı ve
yerleşme zamanını düşürür.
Fakat yükselme zamanına ve
kararlı hal hatasına az etkisi
vardır.
• İntegral kontrol kararlı hal
hatasını azaltacaktır. Yalnız
oransal kontrol katsayısı
düşürülür ki integral kontrolde
oransal kontrol gibi üstaşımı
artırıcı etkiye sahiptir.
•PID kontrol uygulanmasıyla
üstaşımsız, hızlı yükselme
zamanlı ve kararlı hal hatası
olmayan bir cevap elde
edilmiştir.
• Gerekli olmadığı takdirde oransal, integral ve türevsel
kontrolün üçünün aynı anda uygulanmasına gerek yoktur.
Kontrolcünün mümkün olduğunca basit tutulmasında
da fayda vardır.

Example cont.
For a DC motor we studied transfer function (relation) betweenexcitation voltage and output angular velocity Ω(s)/Vex(s).However we know that armature current is directly (almost)related to generated torque.
Kt: torque constant (Nm/A).
If we think of only bearing damping and carried load, a conveyor transfer function is simply J: motor inertia
B:bearing damping
T:excitation torque
This is a linear system, yet conveyor load is subject to change, so disturbance changes.

Example – Little Talk
If KpKt is very large compared to 1, then, numerator gain will be almost 1. Also, if Ti is close to 1 then, numerator has one zero at s=0.
Q: If ts is able to be set?
A: No, since ts is already set to 9,2 sec. Because of TD =1 and so 2ζωn=1
