Introduction The Odisha State Beverage Corporation or OSBC is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of Government of Odisha. The

Odisha State Beverages Corporation (OSBC) was established on 30th January 2001 with the right and privileges of

wholesale trade and distribution of IMFL, Beer and country spirit in the State of Odisha. The Odisha State Beverages

Corporation allows the licensed suppliers or manufactures to store their beverages stocks in Odisha State Beverage

Corporation (OSBC) warehouses on prepayment of excise duty and import fees.Odisha State Beverage Corporation deals

in trade of foreign liquor with suppliers registered with state excise department. The basic function of Corporation is to

purchase IMFL/FMFL/CS/BEER from registered Distillers/Suppliers on pre decided price and sell it to retailers charging a

margin. Corporation has godowns catering to licensed suppliers from all over state. An online application has been

developed for maintaining the inventory at both godowns as well as accounting of corporation. This system has minimized

the corruption at godown level and made management of expiry stock (Beer with 6 month expiry) lot easier. Also

distillers/Suppliers have firsthand information of balance stock of godowns of their products so that they can apply for

fresh Purchase Order. This software uses trend analysis helping decision making for management.

1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 PURPOSE OF THE SOFTWARE WORKFLOW DOCUMENTATION

The Software Workflow document illustrates all the steps and procedures with details of how OSBC uses our software to complete the liquor sourcing and retailing operations in their organization.

2 ROLES

This software contains following roles with specific functionalities to automate the tasks at the different level in the organization.

2. BOTTLING PLANT

This role defined the entry of Dispatch Details of Items on behalf of the Supplier.

3 FUNCTIONALITIES

According to the role assigned to the user, the user capable of doing various activities in the system as per their privileges. This section, we are going to see the functionalities specific to their roles with illustrated images.

The Home page having the following features

The Home Tab always refers to the Home Page.

The About Us Tab gives information regarding OSBC organization Details.

Organization Chart Tab shows the Hierarchical Order of the Organization.

OSBC Depots Tab shows the list of Depots in Pdf format.

Officers Tab gives information about the different Officer’s Name and its Contact details.

Financials Tab gives information about the financial transaction details.

Contact Us Tab gives information about the address details of OSBC.

Login Tab redirects to Login Page for different Users according to their authenticated User ID and Password.

Notifications Corner is having the following features:

i. Stock Report with MRP.

ii. Stock Report Batch Wise

iii. Offer Price List Report.

iv. MRP for year 2015-2016.

v. Depot Wise Licenses List for year 2015-2016.

vi. List of Registered companies with OSBC for the year 2015-2016.

vii. Offer Price of Registered Labels for the year 2015-2016

Bottling Plant Login:

The Bottling Plant Unit fills up all the User Credentials for login. After Successful

Login for further proceedings below:

The user enters the valid User Id and Password.

Then enters the captcha which shown in Color box.

All fields are mandatory fields.

Then click on the ‘Login ‘button for Successful login.

If user forgets the password he can click the ‘Forget Password?’ link button for gets its password ,which redirects to another page Forget Password.

If user wants to back to Home Page then he clicks on the ‘Go to HomePage’link.

In Forget Password page the user enters its User ID and Email ID.

Then enters the captcha which shown in Color box.

All fields are mandatory fields.

Then finally click on the ‘Submit’ button.

A mail goes to the user for reset his /her Password.

Reset Password Process Flow

Here user enters its New Password and Confirm New Password.

New Password and Confirm New Password Should be same.

Then Choose Security Questions and enter the Security Answers.

Then clicks on the ‘Reset Password’ button to reset the password.

Indent for Dispatch Process Flow:

The Bottling plant Indent for Dispatch.

Choose Menu Indent Dispatch Note

Choose the Godown according to Godown Corresponding OFS No. automatically filled.

Then fill the Company Invoice and Remarks field.

Then enter the Dispatch Qty and dispatch Qty should be more than Dispatch Balance Qty.

Then fill the Batch, Qty and Manufacture Date click on Add button for adding the batch wise Qty.

Then fill all the fields of Transport Details.

Click the Save button and then go to Supplier login for further proceedings

Change Password:

The different Bottling plants can change the password by following Steps:

Choose Menu Settings Change Password

Then user enters fields Old Password, New Password, Confirm New Password as all fields are mandatory fields.

Then click the ‘Change Password’ button to Change the password.

The ‘Clear’ button for resets the fields.

Reports

DISPATCH NOTE PRINT:

The different Bottling plants can view reports by following Steps:

Choose Menu Report Dispatch Note Print

Then user selects Dispatch No from dropdown list.

Then click the ‘Show’ button to view the records in PDF Format.

Then user selects Invoice No from dropdown list.

Then click the ‘Print’ button to view the records in PDF Format.
