• Why – Broad range of specific offerings for skill

building• How– Three thematic strands and 16 targeted

sessions• What– Secondary, Intensive Literacy Needs,

Leadership– Race & Equity, PBIS, Poverty, Coaching,

Lab Schools, Scheduling, Teaming and Data Analysis, ELL, Supporting Para-Pros, etc., etc., etc.

Behavior Expectations• Be Safe–Steer clear of the uber nachos

• Be Respectful–Side conversations and cell phones

outside–Stick with your strand

• Be Responsible– Ask questions, be engaged, get

something and give something
