TENDER NOTICE FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF HP NX6710S LAPTOPS

SUPPLIED TO THE JUDICIAL OFFICERS OF THE STATE

Tender Notice No. 9939/ Dated 18.11.2014

Sealed price quotations are invited from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) /

Authorised Service Partners of HP having valid Odisha VAT Registration Certificate, Odisha

VAT Clearance Certificate, PAN Card and I. T. Clearance Certificate for the Assessment Year

2013-14 for Annual Maintenance of HP (nx671 Os) laptops provided to the Judicial Officers

throughout the State under e-Courts Project. The specification of the laptops is as follows.

Presently there are around 350 laptops of the said model used by the Judicial Officers of

the State. But the actual number of laptops to be kept under AMC may vary from time to time.

Hence the bidders are required to submit the price quotation for annual maintenance of laptops

in unit-wise manner. The firms must submit location of their service stations throughout the

State alongwith the technical personnel posted therein since they are to provide instant service to

the Judicial Officers all over the State.

The sealed cover containing the price quotation shall be superscribed as "Quotation for

Annual Maintenance of HP Laptops (Model: nx6710s) supplied to the Judicial Officers

under e-Courts Project", Quotation Notice No. & Date , Last Date of

submission of Quotation alongwith firm's name and address and shall be

submitted in the address of "The Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack" by

05.12.2014 at 3 P.M.

The sealed Cover must contain the following documents.

1. Demand Draft of~20,000/- from any Nationalized Bank towards EMD

H. Copy of Odisha VAT Registration Certificate

iii. Copy of Odisha VAT Clearance Certificate

IV. Copy of PAN Card

v. Copy of I. T. Clearance Certificate for the Assessment year 2013-14

VI. List of Service Stations throughout the State

vii. List of technical personnel engaged in respective Service Stations

VH1. Certificate from HP as Authorised Service Partner

ix. Price Quotation as per Annexure-I

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD)

I. EMD of ~20,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank located

in India, in favour of "The Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack" payable

at Cuttack must be submitted along with the price quotation.

11. The bidders should write the name of their organization at the back side of the DD.

Ill. Bids without EMD will be rejected.

IV. No exemption from submission ofEMD is allowed.

V. EMD shall not carry any interest.

VI. EMDs of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after placing of work order to the

successful bidder.

VIII. EMD of successful bidder will be returned after submission of performance security in

the form of Bank guarantee.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY

The Successful bidder at the time of execution of annual maintenance contract shall

furnish Performance Security for an amount @ 5% of the order value of Annual Maintenance

Contract of HP nx6710s Laptops in the form of Bank Guarantee drawn on a Nationalised

Bank in favour of "The Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack".

LEGAL JURIDICATION:

All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Cuttack or Orissa High

Court, Cuttack.

The necessary sealed quotations complete in all respect must be submitted to the

Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack either personally or through authorized

agents on or before 3 P.M. on 05.12.2014. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4

P.M. during the Office hours in presence of the quotationers or their representatives.

The Quotations received after the specified date / incomplete in any respect / not

enclosed with Odisha VAT Registration Certificate, Odisha VAT clearance Certificate will be

rejected. The Competent Authority in its discretion, reserves the right to reject or accept any or

all the quotations wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
