PREFACE

Indian economy has undergone a radical transformation in the last three decades. The

discoveries and inventions are the reason for the same. Not to forget the liberalization policy of

the govt., which has permitted private players to enter Indian market .This has benefited the

customers as they can choose the best out of the available alternatives. Many private banks

have entered the potential Indian market. The declining condition of nationalized banks

contributed toward the growth of the private or semi govt. banks. These banks emphasize on

the efficient service and the customer relations to retain the existing customers.

In my research, COMPARATIVE RATIO ANALYSIS OF ING VYSYA BANK

WITH ICICI AND HDFC BANK in ING VYSYA BANK, MUZAFFAR NAGAR. I tried to know various

aspects of the private banks. My Research about ING VYSYA Bank, MUZAFFAR NAGAR has

enable me to survey various aspects and has widened my intellectual horizon.
