CONFERENCE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYFull registration fees are refundable if registrant cancels before January 19, 2011. Anadministrative fee of $150 will be deducted from fees for cancellations postmarkedor received by fax or email on or after January 19, 2011 through February 2, 2011.All requests for refunds must be made in writing to SLS, attention Lauren Frede([email protected]), and received by the appropriate date. Refunds will be processedwithin 6 to 8 weeks after the summit.
