1. Donor, Prospect and Client Tracking– When a donor calls or comes in person to the facility,
we can look up their biographical and giving history profile quickly to know about the donor and/or friend of the organization to include their most recent gift, what appeal they gave to, how much their donation was, and their cumulative giving. (It is a quick snapshot).
2. Gift Tracking– All donations and sale purchases are entered under a
person’s profile with specific codes to show the designation of the donation and/or sale. We can then pull up an individual’s giving history to see all these transactions, or we can pull a general report based on all individuals who have contributed to a specific fund or appeal.

3. Memorial / Honorarium Details– When we receive numerous gifts in memory of or in
honor of someone, we can create a code for this, and later retrieve a comprehensive list of all those who gave for this particular memorial/honorarium.
4. Donor Lists for Newsletters– For a newsletter or solicitation mailing, we can extract
a mailing list by running specific reports to cherry-pick a desired group.
5. Top Donors Over Any Period– We can run reports to produce our top 25, 50, etc.
