Intent – boundary for the day
Not a conference – an OCD Event
Whoever comes is the right people.Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
Whenever it starts is the right time. When it is over it is over.
The Law of Two Feet: "If you find yourself in a situation where you aren't
learning or contributing, go somewhere else.”
Boundary management – checking in phones ringing to be interpreted

Inclusivity as radical OCD methodology
Definition of Inclusivity will be used:
“A radical organisational transformational methodology which aligns the doing and the being side of the organisation around commonly defined
principles and values, co-created by all.”
“It is a systemic approach that focuses on underlying beliefs and assumptions, and challenges patterns within the individual, group and
organisational psyche to spend energy and engage in a sustainable, inclusive manner with the purpose of achieving a shared consciousness.”
![Page 18: Organisational change and development - an African perspective - Rica Viljoen](https://reader030.vdocuments.site/reader030/viewer/2022032700/55d1d0adbb61ebf94e8b463c/html5/thumbnails/18.jpg)
Viljoen (2008) defined Engagement as
“Engagement, the systemic result of the interplay between the individual potential, group potential and organisational potential
in the context of the specific industry or national culture”.
“as the output of the energy in the system to perform.”

• About 300 local people looted foreign-owned shops, and only two people have been arrested.
• A 14-year-old boy became the latest fatality. He was shot dead during looting in KwaNdlanzi, allegedly by two security guards.

We locked up our wisdom into our bonesAnd swallowed the keys
They sank in our rivers of bloodAnd we forgot the maps
Because we had to forget the mysteriesTo keep them safe. We wove our hair into broomsAnd swept over our pathsAnd then burned the earth with our rageWe didn't teach our children It was the only way to protect them,
we thoughtBut in them we planted seeds, seeds and keysAnd told them stories and riddles and songsWith no
roots, just tangled threadsThat would take years to unwindJust enough timeFor the rains to fall againand put out the firesFor the dams to break For the rivers to floodFor the pathsto be walked againFor the soil to breatheAnd as the old bones crumbleDeep beneath the rubbleWe find we've always had the keysOur stories and our
mapsOur paths are revealed to someAnd the seeds grow againThe threads are unspun
And woven again~ Amara Bronwyn Hollow Bones
