Efficiency

Expenditures on packaged software focused on applications for improving IT efficiencies and infrastructure management

Importance of verticals

The applications market is dependent on the buying patterns of large enterprises in specific sectors (banking, oil/gas, telco, etc.) and the changing fortunes of the country’s SME segment

ADDT

Efforts to better manage costs, improve IT infrastructure efficiencies, and provide more intelligence for business operations drove new spending on application deployment and development tools (ADDT)
