DISA Service Catalog: Sign In to Storefront

1To order DMUC, you must be logged into Storefront, and

Navigate to the DMUC Ordering page. Click on “Sign In”

from the menu bar.

For reference, the Service Catalog URL is :

Upon clicking, “Sign In” from the menu bar, you will be navigated to

the sign-in page, requiring authentication. Select the User to log in

as, and click on the “Login” button.

3 (As Required) If this is your first time accessing the DISA Storefront

and you do not have a DISA Storefront account, please create one by

clicking on the “Create Account” button and following the

instructions to create an account.

(As Required) If you have an account, but are not able to log in, click

on the “Need help?” link. From there you can Update your CAC,

Unlock Account, read FAQs, or find information to contact the

Global Service Desk.

Once you are logged in, verify that you have access to

the DISA Storefront Portal, as indicated by the purple

menu bar.

Searching on DOD Mobility Unclassified

Capability with a keyword search (such as

DMUC), and click the search button icon.2

The search results will return “DoD Mobility

Unclassified Capability”. Click on the service name.

Enter the number of subscriptions required. A subscription is required for every user in your user list. Orders are limited to 999 subscriptions.

(Optional) Click on “Manage Subscribers” to enter subscriber information, which can be done at any time during the ordering process or after the final approval of this order. Upon selecting this link, a new window will open to Manage Subscribers. See Manage Subscribers section for more information.

Select the order item to apply funding information. Note: Only one Mobility order can be selected at a time to apply funding.

Click on “Apply Funding” to apply the PDC Funding information.

User is prompted for a PDC. Enter in the PDC for the order. Click “Save”. Note: You can also update the NRC and MRC Cost Thresholds as applicable. The values will be defaulted to the “must” cover values indicated.

Click the “Save Changes” button when the PDC information has been entered.

After PDC Information is applied, verify that the item shows that the adequate funding has been applied for the order, indicated with a green checkmark. If the item is showing invalid, you can get more details by hovering over the indicator. Note: If there are multiple items in the cart, the apply funding process will need to be repeated until all items have funding applied.

On the Subscription Information Page, the user can “Manage Subscribers” during the ordering process.

Options to Manage Subscribers: During or After the ordering process

After an order has been submitted, the user can “Manage Subscribers” from the “My Orders” page by selecting the Actions >> Manage Subscribers for the applicable order.

Verify that the “Number of Subscriptions Needed” matches with the “Number of Subscriptions” on the Subscription Information page.

To add a single subscriber, click on the “Add Single Subscriber” button option. A new “Subscriber Entry” window will open. Go to the “Add Single Subscriber” section for more information.

Click the “Close” button to proceed back to the Subscription Page.

To add multiple subscribers at the same time, click on the “Add Bulk Subscribers” button option. Note: If you do not have the template, use the “Download Bulk Template” button, and an Excel spreadsheet template will be provided.

(Optional) A “Search” bar is available for searching for subscribers. The search can be a partial search, and can search against any of the available subscriber information, namely: Last Name, First Name, Rank/Grade, Email Address, Device Information

To add a single subscriber, click on the “Add Single Subscriber” button option. A new “Subscriber Entry” window will open.

Add Single Subscriber: Subscriber Entry Pop-Up Window

1 Upon clicking on “Add Single Subscriber”, Subscriber Entry window opens to enter in “Personnel Information” and “Device Information”, displayed in two separate tabs.

2On each tab, enter in at least the required fields.

Upon completion, click on the “Add Subscriber” button, available to select on either tab. You will be returned back to the “Manage Subscribers” page.

1Note that the number of subscriptions remaining has been decremented upon adding a single subscriber.

(As Required) Subscriber information can be modified using the Action buttons with Edit, Copy, and Delete buttons to manage the subscriber list. Edit will open the Subscriber Entry page for the selected subscriber.

Verify that the subscriber has been added to the “Subscriber List”, displaying the Last Name, First Name, Rank/Grade, Email Address, and Device Information entered in the “Subscriber Entry”.

To add multiple subscribers at the same time, click on the “Add Bulk Subscribers” button option. Note: If you do not have the template, use the “Download Bulk Template” button, and an Excel spreadsheet template will be provided.

Click to download the Bulk Template. A spreadsheet opens for user to add subscribers. Follow the specific instructions provided in the template.

Enter Subscriber Information into Bulk Template

Follow the specific instructions provided in the template. Enter in (or select from the drop-down) the information for each applicable field. You must enter in all required fields. When copying, select in all cells from the spreadsheet, not including the headers.

Add Bulk Subscribers

Click “Add Bulk Subscribers” to add more than one subscriber at the same time.

Copy list from the “Bulk Template” spreadsheet and paste here.

3Click on “Save Subscriber Data” button to add to the Subscriber List.

Click “Close” to return back to the “Manage Subscribers” page. This is a confirmation and verification window that indicates the subscriber data that is added to the subscriber list, and messages on data issues (such as duplicate instances, field validation errors).

A subscription search is available for searching for subscribers across orders. Click on the “Mobility Subscription Search” on the menu bar. This option is available when you are on the “Manage Subscribers” page.

Search on a subscription using the available search parameters, namely CJON, Last Name, Email, and Device ID. At least one parameter must be entered, but other parameters can be blank to widen the search. Note: each parameter uses full string search, and partial searches are not currently used.

After entering a search, click on the “Search” button. The Search displays results in a table.

(Optional) User is able to download the filtered results into a csv file.

Click “View Details” to view the mobility subscription details for a subscriber.

Mobility Subscription Details

After selecting “View Details”, all subscriber information for the mobility subscriber is displayed in a pop-up window.

To edit subscriber details, click on the “Manage Subscribers” button, which will take you to the Manage Subscribers page for the selected subscriber.
