Tender Fee is not refundable. Offer without the requisite fee will be rejected. Payment through Cash/Cheque will not be entertained. Scanned copy of Tender Fee to be attached during on-line submission of offer. The Tender fee in physical form should reach OFT one day before due date and time of tender opening.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:- Tenderer must submit EMD of Rs.38520.00/-(Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty only) in favour of " General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Tiruchirappalli" payable at Tiruchirappalli in the form of demand draft/ fixed deposit receipts/ banker's cheque/ bank guarantee in proper proforma ( as per annexure attached). EMD must be valid for a period of 45 days beyond the validity period of the offer. Scanned copy of EMD to be attached during on-line submission of offer. The EMD in physical form should reach OFT one day before due date and time of tender opening.

SSI Units registered with NSIC for similar Plant & Machinery must submit valid NSIC registration certificate indicating monetary value for claiming exemption from submission of EMD and Tender

2. To participate in the above e-tenders, firms will have to obtain class III digital signature certificate from any of the licensed certifying authorities. 4. Offers without requisite tender fee and EMD will be rejected. Firms registered with DGS&D/NSIC/KVIC/SSI have to submit/upload valid NSIC certificate for exemption of EMD.
