Accounts Receivable Aging – DetailPurpose: Use this report to view aging accounts receivable by location during the period specified.

How to generate: 1. Open StoreHQ Main Menu > Reporting and Data Mining. 2. Double-click Report Browser.3. Double-click the Report Categories folder. 4. Double-click the Accounting and Finance drawer.5. Click Accounts Receivable Aging - Detail.6. Select the report criteria and click Create.

• Customer: The name of the customer.

• Invoice #: The invoice number assigned to the customer.

• Current: The amount received from 30 days to the closing date.

• 31-60 Days: The amount received between 31 and 60 days.

• > 90 Days: The amount received after 90 days.

• Balance: The amount received from the customer during the entire 90 day period.

Bank Deposit ReportPurpose: Use this report to ascertain the types of tenders deposited in the bank based on the information collected during Float Balancing for a specific date.

How to generate: 1. Open StoreHQ Main Menu > Reporting and Data Mining. 2. Double-click Report Browser.3. Double-click the Report Categories folder. 4. Double-click the Accounting and Finance drawer.5. Click Bank Deposit Report.6. Select the report criteria and click Create.

• Other: Other types of tender deposited.

• Total Bank Deposit: The total amount deposited.

Bill to AccountsPurpose: Use this report to list all accounts receivable transactions by customer and location during the period specified.

Customer DiscountsPurpose: Use this report to ascertain the discounts that are issued to customers on a daily and monthly basis by a dollar markdown value or percentage value. Discounts are set up for customers on a permanent or temporary basis.

How to generate: 1. Open StoreHQ Main Menu > Reporting and Data Mining. 2. Double-click Report Browser.3. Double-click the Report Categories folder. 4. Double-click the Accounting and Finance drawer.5. Click Customer Discounts.6. Select the report criteria and click Create.

• Store Name: The store where the purchases were made.

• Customer ID: The CWStore assigned customer number.

• Customer Name: The name of the customer.

• Customer Type: The type of customer.

• SKU #: The inventory number assigned to the item in StoreHQ.

• Description: A depiction of the item(s) purchased.

• Discount Rate: The rate of the discount.

• Qty: The quantity of each item purchased.

• Regular Price: The price before the discount.

• Discount Price: The price after the discount.

• Discount Amount: The difference between the regular and discount prices.

• Total Customer Discount: The total discount for the customer.

How to generate: 1. Open StoreHQ Main Menu > Reporting and Data Mining. 2. Double-click Report Browser.3. Double-click the Report Categories folder. 4. Double-click the Accounting and Finance drawer.5. Click Daily Sales by Tender Type.6. Select the report criteria and click Create.

EOD Summary ReportPurpose: Use this report to identify daily sales, account numbers, cash balancing, GL information, and so forth. At the End of Day Closing, this report flags any incorrect information for the store to review.

How to generate: 1. Open StoreHQ Main Menu > Reporting and Data Mining. 2. Double-click Report Browser.3. Double-click the Report Categories folder. 4. Double-click the Accounting and Finance drawer.5. Click EOD Summary Report.6. Select the report criteria and click Create.

• SKU Price: The cost of the product assigned in StoreHQ.

• Adjustment Type: The type of adjustment assigned in StoreHQ.

• Adjustment Amount: The amount or percentage of discount.

• Sale Price: The price of the product after the adjustment.

• Qty Sold: The quantity sold of that product.

• Gain or Loss: The amount of gain or loss.

• Margin: The margin listed for that product.

• Totals: The total price overrides.

Exceptional POS – RefundsPurpose: Use this report to ascertain all refunded transactions processed in StorePOS.
