BEST PRACTICES FOR EM 13.1.0.0 INSTALL

▸ Download and install Oracle RDBMS 12.1.0.2 and use DB template to create database

▸ Download the EM13c installer from OTN

▸ Do not unzip the binaries files. Just execute the em13100_<platform>.bin file to invoke the installer

▸ Use EM installer to install WLS
